Everything in the home is as said in description. One complaint I have is the hot tub was not hot! That is the number one reason we booked this house is because of the “hot” tub…. They had beach chairs and a lot of beach towels! Owner does live across the street and did come in backyard when he thought we left but only a couple of us left and the others stayed. Beds weren’t the greatest.

The property was a great place to spend a month in the warm sunshine and leave the snow and cold of the north! Plenty of room for my wife and I plus we enjoyed a few guests throughout our stay. The lanai was the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Karl could not have been any more responsive to a few minor issues and got them resolved instantly. Great host!

We rented this home because of location and the pool and spa. The owners live across the street and were there at check in. They informed us that the spa would not be heated separately from the pool so it never was hot enough to use. Disappointed as this is what we like to do in the evenings. Also the tv was antenna only and had no sport channels or news again disappointed 😞. We were also told in the instructions not to turn the air conditioning lower than 78. It was 87 the whole stay so it was warm in the house. The hot tub should not be advertised if they won't let you heat it to at least 98 degrees.
