Villa con barbecue nel tradizionale insediamento di Melidoni con molta vita tradizionale. La Villa è a pochi passi da supermercati, caffè, taverne, stazioni di servizio ea soli 5 minuti (in auto) dalla storica grotta Melidoni. Gli ospiti possono godere del mare blu a soli 13 minuti dal bellissimo insediamento di Panormos e 20 minuti dal villaggio esotico di Bali in auto, così come la bellezza della montuosa Creta. Dista 31 km dalla città di Rethymno e 41 km da Heraklion!
La villa il cui pavimento è fatto di mosaico può ospitare fino a 5 persone! Si compone di 2 camere da letto, una cucina-soggiorno, un bagno grande e spazioso e una grande, ariosa e soleggiata veranda!

Nella camera da letto con aria condizionata c'è un letto grande 160 x 200 cm con materasso anatomico 260 per molle indipendenti tascabili, un grande armadio e uno specchio con mobili da camera.
- Camera 2
Nella camera da letto con aria condizionata ci sono due (2) letti semi-grandi di 110 x 200 cm con materasso anatomico, un divano che diventa un letto, uno specchio a figura intera e 2 comodini con illuminazione personale! Questa camera ha entrambe le porte interne ed esterne che è collegata alla veranda della villa!
- Cucina
La cucina che la villa ha è abbastanza grande e confortevole, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici!
- Soggiorno
Nel soggiorno c'è un divano, un'elegante TV 51 '', una sala da pranzo con 6 sedie e una poltrona con poggiapiedi!
- Bagno
Nel bagno grande e spazioso che ha acqua calda 24 ore al giorno grazie allo scaldabagno solare c'è una grande vasca da bagno, uno specchio, un mobile da bagno con ripostiglio, un asciugacapelli e una lavatrice!
- Veranda
Nell'ariosa e soleggiata Veranda, gli ospiti possono gustare il loro caffè mattutino, il loro cibo e il magnifico tramonto!
- Area esterna
Nella zona intorno alla Villa gli ospiti possono rilassarsi e godersi l'aria fresca sotto gli alberi di limoni o aranci nel giardino e cuocere il cibo al barbecue!

Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr nett und kommunikativ.
Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien geeignet, einen Grill gab es auch noch und der Pool war auch klasse !
Die kleine Villa ist in einem Dorf gelegen, wo es sehr ruhig ist, dennoch gibt es ein paar Meter weiter 2/3 tolle Restaurants und mehrer Supermärkte.
Tollen Aufenthalt gehabt

Villa conforme aux photos et bien plus. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Crête du Nord au Sud de l'ouest à l'est et bien sur au centre avec montagne et villages.
Mélidoni est un village accueillant et chaleureux ou il fait bon vivre avec toutes les commodités usuelles et le café restaurant Carob n olive immanquable avec Cathérina en propriétaire avec qui on a lié des liens d' amitié
Le meilleur pour la fin au propriétaire. Merci du fond du cœur
Stauros pour l'accueil la générosité la disponibilité et toute les petites attentions qui font la différence. Merci pour le Pasticio et les légumes farcis qui ont été un délice.
Tout cela est un ensemble ou on se sent bien.Je recommande++++.

This was our first time for all of us( parents and three teenagers) to visit Crete, and what a great time we had!
We stayed in many VRBO and Airbnb properties in Greece and Stauros's house was by far the best!
It is in the village, not close to big resorts and busy towns( close enough to get there by car though) but this is what we liked: to live and eat with the locals.
The house is very beautiful remodeled and tasteful decorated, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you want to cook.
Stauros is the best host we ever met. We got confused about the directions to the house and he met us in the main road at 10 PM and showed us the way to the place.The refrigerator was stocked with cold water and watermelon. On the kitchen table Stauros had fresh fruit, honey, olive oil from his farm, rachi and home made olive oil soap from his mom. We stayed only 5 nights but during our stay he had a lady come in and clean the house!
Stauros gave us the best tips about which places to visit and where to eat. We came to learn that eating in villages is the best!
Thank you Stauros for making our stay in Crete memorable!
