The house is top notch. We came as a family of seven adults. The house is beautiful and the top floor (kitchen/living room area/deck) has such a big and welcoming flow that we could all enjoy the space without feeling crowded. The house is well-stocked and excellently-managed, to provide for a great stay.

We had an excellent stay over Christmas. The main living area was very comfortable to relax and look out over the snow covered tress and rooftops. House was very well stocked and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The thoughtfulness and little touches Olivia the host had done were most appreciated. My family just returned from our second time renting this stunningly beautiful vacation home. We loved it so much last year that we were eager to come back again this summer. The house is very spacious and has a very large upper deck where we enjoyed many evening sunsets. The kitchen is large and is well stocked with all the useful appliances, cookware, and items needed for preparing meals. The bedrooms are all downstairs with either ceiling fans or floor/tabletop fans available which is always a nice bonus when renting a Tahoe home in the summer months. The upstairs living rooms and dining room area are quite large and very comfortable for a family to enjoy. The home owners are outstanding with communication and readily available to answer my questions and if anything were to come up during our stay. We also really enjoyed the community pool and tennis courts. It’s a fabulous quiet neighborhood that is peaceful and provides a very relaxing family getaway. I would absolutely love to rent this home again in the future and would highly recommend it to their families.

This is a great location for incline village. Property was very clean and well appointed. Much better than most! Also the communication was impeccable!

We absolutely loved our stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family with the most beautiful outdoor deck. While we wish it would have been slightly easier to walk to the lake from the house, we made due during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating with prompt communication, securing a crib for our stay and communicating all the details for the awesome amenities that come with the property! Great spot for family vacation!
We absolutely loved our stay while we were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect for our family with the most beautiful outdoor deck. While we wish it would have been slightly easier to walk to the lake from the house, we made due during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating with prompt communication, securing a crib for our stay and communicating all the details for the awesome amenities that come with the property! We always received a prompt response from the host even in the middle of the night when there was a power outage due to high winds. We were treated to a generous welcome of goodies and beverages. We would love to return during the summer to enjoy the warmer activities that Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Incline Village Getaway
We recently stayed at this beautiful remodeled Incline Village house with my two daughters and my parents. This two story house with expansive outdoor deck was very accommodating to the size of our group and was extremely comfortable overall. We loved sitting outside each night on the large deck which provided plenty of cushioned seating and a nice table for meals. The upstairs kitchen was nice and big and had all the essential cookware needed for our meals. The bedrooms were all located downstairs which was a huge bonus during the summer months because they are cooler than the upstairs. We also appreciated the floor and ceiling fans in the rooms. The house had a lot of beach equipment (beach chairs, coolers, beach toys) that families could use during their stay. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this lovely home to families wanting the beautiful escape at Incline Village.

What a lovely and comfortable space! We had an excellent stay in this home and really appreciated the large open kitchen, living-room and wrap around porch. This is a wonderful property!
My family and I had a long stay in this home, it it was fantastic. It is without a doubt the best vacation rental home and experience we have ever had. Some rentals are obviously just rentals, often missing even essential things for cooking or comfort. This is a home, with everything we needed for settling in, cooking and living. It is a cool, well designed house, in a great location. Olivia was a great host. I would highly recommend this property, and we hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay and very much enjoyed working with Carol, the property manager. The home is exactly as pictured and Carol was very helpful and responsive! We had two small children so the layout worked well with all the bedrooms on the bottom floor (stayed cool in the summer heat!).

We had a great stay!
Carol welcomed us to Tahoe in a great way, was available for any questions. The house has everything you would need for a great vacation. We loved the deck area - great entertainment area.

Perfect for easy lake access and cooking for a group
Overall this property is BEAUTIFUL. You can tell it was recently renovated and is super clean and comfortable. Its great how the bedrooms have bunk beds to help fit more people in the house. The kitchen is STOCKED with every single appliance you could ever want, seriously, there is a pasta machine, a pizza oven, a standing mixer, just to name a few.
I've also never experienced the level of communication that Carol offers! She responds immediately, is super helpful and was a delight to coordinate with. She even stopped by to help us with the WIFI (we were putting the password in wrong, lol)
The location is awesome, so close to the lake, and this house offers the opportunity to have access to the private beach! (check with Carol tho because of Covid restrictions there are some changes to access), The house also has 8 beach chairs and a cooler to make going to the beach a BREEZE! There are also a few hikes within 20 mins that were just breathtaking, we were so greatful to be able to be so close to such beauty.
I would say that this house is best suited for families with younger children that go to bed on the early side. There is a strict "no noise" policy after 10pm. We were not familiar with how sound carries in high altitude and given the excitement of our group our voices could be heard by others even when we were inside with the windows open. This really was only an issue for us one night because the others we went to bed so early from all of the exploring and excitement during our daily adventures!
My only note would be for the home owners to provide larger "box fans" for the rooms that do not have ceiling fans but that is just OUR personal preference. This house does have heat for winter!

Winter break
Very good family home for a winter getaway in Tahoe. We messaged out property manager when we were 20 minutes out before arriving and unfortunately our reservation had been removed from her calendar so we did have to make our grocery stop before getting to the cabin which was a bit of a drag after a 6 hour drive. After we arrived she was very warm and friendly and apologized for the error. We were 4 adults with 6 kids. The home never felt crowded because of the extra space and high ceilings and we actually had an extra bed during our stay. We were able to cook a lot of our meals in the large kitchen and we even grilled burgers on the grill. There was a slight inconvenience of having to drive the trash out to a specific location but it wasn’t too bad. Overall had a great stay and would book again!

Awesome location near sand harbor
Beautiful home, comfortable beds. Quick access to sand harbor, which we visited every day of our trip. Also minutes away from town. Rode our MTBs from the house to the flume trail as well. Open floor concept and great patio space made for the perfect unwind after a day at the beach.

An amazing house!
Such a beautiful house!! It was immaculate, beautifully appointed, charming and a well stocked kitchen with lots of extras. Plenty of towels and beach towels. A wonderful location with great amenities - access to the pool and beaches. The hosts were wonderful to work with - very accessible and easy to be in touch with. Best experience on VRBO ever - amazingly hospitable host!
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this home was. We were warmly welcomed and treated with such care throughout our stay. The house is lovely and has everything you need. Great for two families sharing a home. Proximity to Diamond Peak ski hill was a huge plus. We will be coming back for sure.

Beautiful Vacation Home
This home is so beautifully decorated and newly remodeled. Carol and Olivia took such great care of us. After a rental went south we were desperate for a rental at 6pm. They quickly got back to us and were even there to greet us with everything we needed and more. The lower level has all the bedrooms and upper level has the open kitchen and great room with a loft and shuffleboard. The deck is open and so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back!
