Summerhouse West 207B è un adorabile condominio con 2 camere, 2. 5 bagni, perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia. Il soggiorno è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e ha accesso al balcone privato per godersi la fresca brezza del golfo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutti gli utensili da cucina necessari per preparare un pasto fatto in casa. Nella sala da pranzo sono disponibili posti a sedere per 6 persone e 2 persone al bar per la colazione. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e c'è un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno che consente a questa casa vacanza di dormire comodamente 6 persone.
Summerhouse West si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia, ma questa unità offre agli ospiti una vista diretta sul Golfo dal balcone privato rivolto verso il Golfo. The place was nice and clean. Everything looked just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated. Condo is located on the quite end of the beach. This is the place if you want to relax. A short walk across the street to the beach. There's a pool at the property also that was nice. Entertainment is a short drive away. There was one small issue with one of the patios door locks. I called property management and they had someone out in a short period of time to address the issue. Also it doesn't mention stairs in the description of the property. It's two flights of stairs to get to the property and another set inside of the property. It was a little challenging getting the luggage up. Thank goodness we were in shape.

Great location!! Beautifully decorated and clean. Not the comfiest beds but otherwise we loved it.

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! The stairs were a little much for myself, the noisy keurig and the blinds in the master bedroom kept falling off we kept repairing them

This HOA community is an established combo of both owners and renters and the pricing is below markets of the other heavily congested areas of this Lovely Village on the Gulf! Summer House West! Get it.
