It was a nicely furnished, cute property, which has a wonderful location. We had a slight problem with plumbing and it was addressed and fixed immediately! We would highly recommend this place.

We came for a family vacation and the property is in a really quiet, calm and unique area and the condo and grounds are nicely taken care of.
The beach, sunsets and sunrises are beautiful and did not disappoint!
It was definitely a great way to decompress and enjoy family.
The food at the local eateries are superb and the best ice cream was at the Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee!!
It is only a 10 min drive to Clearwater or St. Pete if you are looking for more activities and night life.
There were a few hiccups when we arrived but the management fixed the issue in a timely and professional way.
The beach chairs/lounges are old and I would recommend replacing them.
We would definitely recommend Piper's Nest to others and we will most definitely be returning for future vacations!!

We had another great beach vacation at Indian Rocks Beach. The sand, the warm water, and plenty of sun shine made it memorable. And while it was great to reminisce about previous times at IRB when our daughters were small and giggly, it was great spending it with our high school aged daughters :-). Thanks iTrips for making this year’s beach vacation memorable.

My family and I (myself, handicap sister and 70 year old mother) were really looking forward to staying in this condo. When we arrived at the condo we noticed that it was not as clean as it could’ve been, thick dust on surfaces all throughout. When we proceeded to use the items provided in the storage unit we were appalled to find no beach chairs or beach cart despite them being in the description and shown in photos on the listing. The only chairs we found were small camping folding chairs that were completely rusted. When we contacted customer service (itrip), they were less than thrilled to help us. After two days with no chairs, itrip was able to purchase chairs for us to use. We communicated to the itrip agent prior to them purchasing the chairs that my sister was handicap and my mother was older. The chairs they purchased were the smallest, lowest, on the ground chairs that barely fit an adult. We had to go out of our way to purchase beach chairs that were suitable for 3 adults. We chose not to leave behind the chairs we purchased on our own due to the lack of customer service. Then, after marinating chicken and planning to grill and cook our meal, we proceeded to attempt to use the grill and found it completely unusable as well. The grill was so rusty and dirty like it hadn’t ever been cleaned or taken care of since it was purchased. Towards the end of our stay we encountered a cockroach in the master bedroom bathroom area which left us feeling very uncomfortable the rest of our stay. Due to the multiple inconveniences and overall disappointment with our stay we will not be returning to this unit. Use your own discretion when booking.

Very pleased with Pipers Nest 1. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, more than enough closet and draw space than you could use. Everything was clean and updated.
Two of our group has had foot surgery and we appreciated the short walk under the building right on to the beach. The neighbors are friendly and helpful with suggestions for shopping and dining. Great place to watch the sunset. Would recommend to a friend.

The location was amazing. Beach wasn’t crowded and several restaurants in walking distance. Condo was clean with a nice view. Complex was quiet and great place to relax! Would definitely rent again!

Great beachfront rental for a nice winter getaway. This was a wonderful location with nice friendly neighbors. Plenty of utensils and dishes to use and cook meals. We visited from Illinois and were very pleased with the visit. A washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient, as was the dishwasher. Some board games and even books there to enjoy. Several water buckets available to wash off the sand after the beach. The beds were comfortable and so was the living area after a long day. I suggest cleaning under beds and sofas, especially if pets are allowed. We found ALOT of dog hair, that I'm sure was from a husky because we used to have one. Otherwise it is a nice spacious place for a family or friends vacation. The Christmas tree and decor was definitely a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

This was a well kept property and we loved being so close to beach! We never had to put shoes on to walk there. Just wanted fyi the kitchen has some cooking stuff like pots but no food. So no spices & no oil. It was a little frustrating having to buy those things if you want to cook which we did. We also couldn’t find a baking sheet so had to use a pizza ban to cook rolls or cookies. Scissors didn’t work, thankfully we brought some. So the kitchen is the Basics. Everything else was great! The neighbors were even very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Loved this cute condo. It is spacious and located right on the water! This area of the beach isn't extremely touristy even on Labor Day weekend. It was really quiet and super relaxing. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be coming back here!

The condo was decorated so beachy and cute and it had everything you would need. You could see the ocean from the balcony and the sand was right off the community patio. The ocean was beautiful and clear so I could see if any creatures were around and we got to see a manatee swim right beside us.

May 2022 Indian Shores
We always love coming to this condo. And it’s been painted with some new furniture this year. Couple of issues but nothing that can’t be fixed quickly. This year the bathtub didn’t drain well. I’m sure it just needs some DRANO. Needs a blender. Last year there was one. Roku remote is missing the back and there is only one to share between the living room and 2nd bedroom. Needs better chairs for the beach. We had to buy some. Overall will still give 4 stars because we love the ease of being right at the beach and the community.

We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was awesome, we didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach gear back and forth.

Location and Beach was great. Enjoyed trolley also as we did not have a car. Floors were filthy, our feet were black after walking on them, feel they were not mopped in quite sometime... maybe invest in a Swiffer

We had a wonderful month stay at 1 Pipers Nest. The condo was spacious and beautifully updated. The view of the ocean from the living room balcony was amazing! We were so thankful we found such a beautiful place at the price point we were looking for. Many of the other beach front condos were twice as much. The condo was pretty well stocked and close to many very good restaurants. The beach storage at the bottom of the stairs was perfect. We brought our own chairs and umbrella but really didn’t need to since it was so well stocked with beach supplies. Definitely would stay again!

Apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and contrary to the reviews I read, the master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well stacked although they need to replace the frying pan as it's all scratched and beat up so food sticks to it. Also need replacement and clean up of all the broken beach chairs in storage room. We asked for two and must say management brought 2 new ones right away but could not use as they were the really low ones to the floor and my husband are older and are no able to sit so low due to join issues. I did explain that to the lady I spoke with but she told me that is what they had due to season. I find hard to believe that even though it's colder(which it was due to wind) in a beach area you cannot find higher folding chairs but I was not about to argue. We also found our neighbors very friendly and eager to help with suggestions of places to visit for dinner. We will definitely be back to spend time in this wonderful beach and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

My only nitpick was that the outlets are weak and can barely hold a charger plug very well and someone upstairs has the feet of a young elephant cause you can hear every step lol. But honestly that really didn’t matter much in the bugger picture. The sunsets were amazing and can be caught in the living room or better yet in the beach and the sunrise can be cause on the opposite side each morning. I truly enjoy and only regret was that I couldn’t stay longer. Very reasonably priced for location and the stay. This is really a cozy beach condo that has been well kept and nicely updated. Awesome job!
