The apartment has everything you need for a short trip. The bed is very comfortable and the location is perfect. Good contact with the owner of the facility, who will be happy to answer all your questions.

Really nice accommodation in a great location close to the city. The apartment is really big for two people and the bathroom was really nice.

It is a bit noisy in the night from cars but not too bad.

Stefano was a very kind and accommodating host, we had excellent communication by messages in English. The apartment is like the photos, very nicely done with all you need to feel at home.

Unfortunately the position means you will hear the cars and people passing by, the door offers no sound isolation. Also at the time of my stay there was construction works in front and above, so you will hear that too. If you start your day early and are out most of the day, these things won't bother you. But if you sleep late or considering working from this space, you may need to consider ear plugs.

Dark room, no windows

Great location right in the historic center of the city. The bathroom and shower was quite nice.

I truly can't understand all the positive reviews of this apartment. We have not been happy there at all. In fact the situation with the mould on the walls was so bad, that we only stayed in this apartment for two of our four booked nights in Cagliari. The whole apartment was so filled with mould spores, that we had swollen throats and trouble breathing after a few hours inside (the symptoms were gone within minutes after leaving the apartment). Airing the mould out was not really feasible also, because unfortunately there is no window besides the front door. A holiday home doesn't have to be perfect to get a decent review. The darkness, the street noises, the dirt inside the cupboards, it would all have been ok. We're not too picky, when we travel, but the mould is a serious and severe problem. The right thing to do would be to dry out the mould permanently and thoroughly by some specialists, before the owners rent out the place to other people. In the current condition staying there seems like a health risk.

Property was quite clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom, small kitchenette, enough space for two, would not recommend for 4. Check in was super easy, the owner unlocked the door remotely when we arrived, key was inside. Location was good, but have to walk up quite a few inclines to get to the apartment. Not soundproof, can get loud with cars and people on the street but not a deal breaker for me.

The apartment couldn't handle more than two appliances being turned on at the same time. We had the lights and air conditioner on whilst boiling water and the fuse jumped, leaving us in darkness and fumbling around for the master switch. Same thing happened throughout the night when we tried cooking dinner. Would not recommend using the washing machine for this reason, although we haven't tried. Also the water boiler only supports one shower, if you are two people, recommend staggering your shower times.
