My stay at Masseria Fenicia was a pure delight! The estate was absolutely beautiful and the accommodations, from room to breakfast to pool to the surroundings were all beyond excellent. The peacefulness of the olive oil farm and the proximity to Monopoli and other beach towns was an ideal combination for a relaxing respite.

Perfect place to stay if you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful vacation, close to Monopoly. Hosts are extremely lovely. Rooms are well equiped and tastefully decorated. Oh, and did I mentioned the AMAZING breakfast: a perfect selection of local products! And of course, always a pleasure to chill by the pool 🥰

The property was beautiful, the pool clean and so nice to escape from the heat of summer in Italy. The breakfast was unbelievable, a huge range of food and drinks, changing everyday and they catered for my gluten intolerance too. The family were very friendly and helpful but it still felt very private for us to enjoy our space. The location was great, you will definitely need a car though.

The family are warm and welcoming, nothing is too much for them.
Freshly made breakfast everyday, you feel like you’re at home in this place.
Well kept grounds for you to explore, swimming pool surrounded by nature and views of the land that go on for miles.

Beautifully placed in olives groves. Charming, stylish small family run hotel.
The accommodation is very comfortable. Very good place to visit this interesting and beautiful area.
Peaceful surroundings. Beautiful garden with comfortable swimming pool.
Amazing breakfast, made of fresh local products. Sweet and salty dishes, fruits . Great homemade focaccias and cakes, made every day
by owners.

Masseria Fenicia is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The location is wonderful, nestled amongst olive and cherry orchards, with some really lovely surrounding towns and a short distance to the coast. The accommodation itself is stylish, comfortable, clean and spacious. Gaetano and his family are thoughtful, welcoming and kind hosts. It was lovely getting to know them all and they suggested some really great places for us to eat at and visit. The breakfasts at the Masseria are so special, change everyday and are the some of the best you will eat in Italy - or anywhere!

The property was lovely. It had a country feel, but was only 10 mins out of Monopoli.

Gaetano and his family were so lovely and welcoming. The property was beautiful - one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. We couldn’t fault anything. The breakfast was incredibly fresh and tasty and the pool was stunning. Would highly recommend!!

Masseria Fenicia is absolutely outstanding. We spent part of our honeymoon staying in the beautiful cottage room. The place itself is on a par with any luxury hotel, and feels so authentic and peaceful. The breakfast has to be seen to be believed - everything is homemade and served each morning from what is in season - it really is incredible. Gaetano is incredibly helpful, and even gave us a lift to and from a local restaurant that he recommended. I cannot stress how magical this place is - it's a very special spot, and one that we would rush back to.

We loved our stay at Masseria Fenicia! The Masseria is so beautiful and the breakfast was heaven. We enjoyed it very much and would love to come back! The room was very clean and nice and the pool is also spacious and perfect for a dip when the weather is as hot as in July. The location is perfect to explore Puglia with the car and visit different little towns. The owners pay so much attention to details and were very nice- we even got invited to a family/friends pizza night. Thanks again for everything!

This masseria was absolutely beautiful. The setting is on a farm surrounded by fruit trees. The pool was gorgeous and the rooms themselves were simple and comfortable. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, the best breakfast we had in Italy!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Masseria Fenicia.
We liked the setting of the house in the country side, the suite with the terrace was absolutely lovely, the garden with the Trulli and pool were an oasis of peace, breakfast was delicious and varied every day with fresh and homemade products.
We were charmed by the hospitality of Gaetano and his parents and could feel the personal touch and heart of the family throughout the Masseria.
It was a fantastic stopover during our "giro di Puglia" 😊

A family run Masseria with very friendly hosts. Gaetano and his Parents (and the Cat Frida:)) were extremely helpful and we felt really welcomed. Amazing breakfast with plenty of local specialities could go on and on.
