Netheid

Very central apartment, big rooms, very clean, good climatization.

No guaranteed parking place in a neighborhood where there are NO parking place at all. So be ready to spend time looking for it.

Приятен апартамент, чист и уютен. На 5мин. пеша от Стария град и на 10 мин. от центъра. Около него има магазини, заведения и всичко необходимо.

Трудно се намира паркомясто.

Probably, on the positive side, this is a good location, the size of the apartment and good Internet.

Here, unfortunately, there are a lot of negative aspects. The apartment made a double impression on me. For example, on one side there is a kitchen, but there is no dining table. I don't know how the owner of the apartment imagined the process of eating without a table, but our family had to eat from a coffee table sitting on a cold floor. Or cleanliness, it seems to be clean at first glance, but in some places the walls are peeled off with mold and there is also mold on the bathroom tiles, which did not allow my family to live comfortably in the apartment. Another example, there is a toaster in the kitchen, but it is in such a state that I would throw it away at the first opportunity, or at least clean it. Or, on the one hand, there is parking, but on the other hand, finding a free place is not realistic, and so there is something in everything, but it is either dirty, or broken, or, let's say, exaggerated.
