Very nice small hotel in the very good location. Restaurant downstairs was amazing, very tasty food. All staff were very friendly, administrator Yulia was very kind and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay there
Smell in the bath, but I guess its common problem in the downtown of Tbilisi

Sicuramente la posizione, lo staff, la colazione e la terrazza comune al primo piano.
La prima camera venduta come economica aveva solo un piccola finestra alta non gestibile dall'ospite. La camera sostitutiva aveva finestra a piano calpestio di una gradinata molto trafficata. Con tutti i cani liberi se uno di questi decide di urinare praticamente lo fa sulla finestra,se aperta direttamente in camera. Il bagno andrebbe rinfrescato. Immagino che le soluzioni ai piani alti siano tutt'altra cosa ma la mia esperienza è questa

Couldn't possibly be in a better location, staff are fantastic and rooms very comfortable.
Breakfast can be a little limited but tasty and enough for everyone.

I think I'd give the place good ratings just for the niceness of the staff and the location. They are always super welcoming and super nice. I was tired one night and a lady from staff tried her best to offer me solutions to become better.
I did not like the fact that the room I got no matter what time of day it is, is super dark. It is kind of depressing to have the lights on at 7am in the morning just to be able to see. not sure how the room was designed but deff i will not chose this one. The rooms are so close to each other that you can hear EVERYTHING in the room next to you and i mean EVERYTHING.
