The staff at the reception was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, clean, and carefully prepared
The room was very big, clean and there was absolutely no dust even under the sofa bed. The room smelled lovely clean spacious.
The location is excellent for walking right next to the beach, there is a playground for families with children. It is very nice. Also, Tony Gigi restaurant inside the hotel was great for dinner
We will absolutely come back in this summer, We definitely recommend it....Thank you for everything :)

Very clean and good positioning.
very noisy upstairs neighbors. At 22:00 running in the room. The hotel personal was very helpful to call them and ask for a Little quiet time.

The hotel has excellent hygiene, location and staff service. The score of 9+ is true, unlike other hotels. The only hotel I will stay in when I visit Burgas.

It was sort of two breakfasts in one. You ordered a cooked breakfast from the menu. And while you were waitng for that you were brought yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants etc. So certainly enough.
The room was very comfortable and spacious.
The staff were nice and helpful.
We had a car parking space right in front of the hotel.
In the room they had menus for the adjoining Normas restaurant. But in fact it wasn't open. Only opened on a morning for breakfasts.

This was a beautiful hotel!! We were here for one night on our way from Plovdiv to Varna. The room was very spacious and luxurious. We enjoyed the complimentary mini bar and the little gift provided by the hotel for our anniversary celebration. The location was great, right by sea gardens with a beautiful view of the Black Sea. It is also close to the pedestrian streets for tons of dining options. Parking was easy as the hotel staff would come out to guide you to a spot. Breakfast was served at the beautiful hotel restaurant, and it was delicious. I will return in the summer!

The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Loved the carpet - much better than tiles. Breakfast was very nice and the location is perfect. We will return.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location right opposite the beach and the southern end of the Sea Garden. Very friendly and professional staff. Absolutely immaculate room with great facilities and comfortable beds. Lovely bar and restaurant.
Nothing to add here. Perhaps just a suggestion for the staff to have better English so that they can properly give directions and information about the city.

Free dedicated parking for hotel guests, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, amazing sea view
There was a small window in the corner of the room with window shades that didn't ompletely block out the sunlight, We were awaken by the sun at around 6:30am.
