Real Escapes Properties è orgogliosa di offrire questa esclusiva proprietà dell'isola, originariamente costruita nel 1929 e completamente rinnovata nel 1996. La casa conserva il carattere e il fascino di una casa sulla spiaggia tradizionale con tutti i comfort moderni. Un sacco di spazio per riunioni di famiglia. La casa può essere affittata nella sua interezza sotto il nome di Fuller Breeze o affittata come una camera da letto 4 chiamato Isola Breeze. Il lato più grande delle quattro camere da letto della casa ha un favoloso ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina. Dispone anche di un grande ponte con aree per mangiare all'aperto, e portici schermati con dondoli e sedie a dondolo per il tempo libero anche privato. Situato a pochi passi dal mare, in un quartiere tranquillo, a un miglio dal molo e dal paese lungo la pista ciclabile asfaltata dell'isola. Gli interni ricreano la casa originale costruita nel 1920 dai nonni proprietari, ma con i comfort moderni. Tutte le camere sono dotate di soffitti a bordo di perline e ventilatori a soffitto. Parcheggio per un massimo di sei auto, due delle quali possono essere parcheggiate sotto la casa in caso di maltempo. La cucina più grande ha un tavolo da pranzo per 8-10 persone e un bar per la colazione da 4 posti. Il ponte posteriore ha due tavoli per quattro posti ciascuno. Il soggiorno ha un televisore, videoregistratore, DVD, stereo con CD. Una docking station per iPod con altoparlanti si trova nel soggiorno principale, questo ampio spazio si apre attraverso le porte francesi sul ponte posteriore. Lavatrice / asciugabiancheria, Wi-Fi e una griglia a gas all'aperto sono disponibili per il vostro uso. Speriamo che ti piaccia la nostra casa tanto quanto noi! We enjoyed staying in this comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the beach. We liked that the bedrooms had a separate quiet space from the large open living/dining/kitchen area (you could even close a door on the hallway). Large covered parking area underneath gave us lots of room to park our bikes and beach toys. The sand shower with hot water was essential. The screen porch was lovely to sit on as well. Our only complaints were the check-in process involved stopping at a real estate office to pick up a key (never had to do that for a VRBO before) and the external locks were extremely fidgety to open/close. I even got locked out on the screen porch once because I was somehow able to open the door to go outside while it was still locked and shut it behind me. Over all though, fantastic rental.

Great house, accommodations, and location! Very clean and well organized house. Great location - close to public beach access and walking distance to outstanding restaurants.

This is a well taken care of historic home with great character. Parking was great and staff at rental office were very friendly and helpful. I rented the 4 bedroom portion of the home, but I having someone else rent the other portion of the home was no problem at all. No mutual entrances or common areas and we never really saw anyone. Even parking is separate. It was absolutely wonderful staying here. Only 3 blocks from the beach it was an easy walk for us even with beach chairs. Proximity to everything in St.Simons. This was our first big family trip, but we will absolutely return and rent this property again we absolutely loved it! Thank you so much!

Great accommodations! Pictures don’t do justice. Very high ceilings and open space in great room. Very clean, had good amenities. Only thing weird was the oven (which was brand new) was tricky. We used a couple of times and it was hard to get set. Suggest Leaving directions on how to set the oven temp.leaving directions on how to set the oven temp. Note unless you’re renting the entire property there is a small Separated but connected unit that may also be rented. You will share a common deck. The guest that stayed when we were there were super nice and we enjoyed their company. Super close to everything it’s truly fantastic -you run a big grocery trip at the beginning of the week drop your keys and walk or bike to everything there after! Highly recommend!
