Tiki Time in the Keys
Scopri 'Keys Style' che vive in una di queste due camere da letto, due bagni semi-duplex in Key Colony Beach. Cenare e rilassarsi all'aperto all'ombra della capanna Tiki vicino all'acqua, circondato da palme, mentre si gode la brezza! Decorato magnificamente con opere d'arte originali, sculture in legno, sculture e mobili in bambù! Goditi la vista del canale dal tuo soggiorno tropicale. La camera da letto principale ha un letto King e la camera degli ospiti contiene un letto matrimoniale. Spaziosa cucina con ripiani in granito, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, lavatrice / asciugatrice e tavolo da pranzo per il blocco del macellaio del cliente all'interno e tavolo da pranzo con quattro posti all'esterno sotto la capanna Tiki. Entrambe le unità hanno l'aria condizionata centralizzata e un barbecue a gas all'aperto completo di serbatoi di propano. Sia il soggiorno che le camere da letto King dispongono di TV, e nel soggiorno c'è un DVD. Situato in posizione strategica con facile accesso immediato all'Oceano e al Golfo attraverso Vaca Cut, a pochi minuti dalle migliori attività di pesca, snorkeling e immersioni del mondo. Dock è lungo 37 piedi con alimentazione e acqua fresca, tavolo per la pulizia del pesce e freezer per esche. Per il tuo piacere sono incluse anche due biciclette da crociera complementari. Questa proprietà ti farà venire voglia di provare "Tiki Time" per i tuoi timeout tropicali anno dopo anno!
Un ulteriore vantaggio: la piscina privata Cabana Club e l'iscrizione alla spiaggia sono incluse in queste unità, che consentono di accedere a una spiaggia privata e a una piscina riscaldata a pochi isolati dal Tiki e direttamente sull'Oceano!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We had two adults. Having the outside fridge and freezer to be able to use for additional things was very convenient. Having the boat slip and dock for our friends to pick us up on their way out to the waters was great. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Location was great, not far from anything you need and restaurants. This place has everything you would need and want for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

We were very pleased with the property, the location and access to the Cabana Club. The place was spotless and suited our needs. I bicycle and my husband golfs, so this Key was perfect for us. It's a par three course but he still got to swing his clubs.

The property had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Comfortable beds and furniture. A nice place to relax outside along the canal and we could fish in the canal. Everything was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Getting in and out was easy. We didn't need to contact anyone for anything.

This was perfect for our family. It has good parking and a boat dock. The dock has some uneven boards and no cleats. There is a fish cleaning station and hose on the dock. The tiki hut and lounge chairs for outside living are perfect. It has a grill and laundry facility. Although outdated, the furnishings were comfortable and functional. The lighting was not great and many lamps were broken. The blinds in the living room were not functional but we had them open most of the time for the view. A few notes- there is a renovation happing next door that looks to be in the early stages as of July 2025. It was loud during the day and we were unable to be outside during the day. The place also has an ant problem. I had to keep all food in ziplock bags and was constantly wiping the counters in the kitchen and family bathroom. Finally, this home was not well stocked with necessary home items. There was half a roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of TP when we arrived. No trash bags, ziplock bags, Kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, napkins, extra paper towels or TP, coffee, etc. There were very few spices. We had to get all of those things so thankfully there were groceries stores close. There was a good assortment of cookware and a very easy kitchen to cook in. All of that being said, we would stay here again. You can’t beat the location and boat access. It has access to a beach Cabana Club with a pool for those who don’t like to boat. It wasn’t fancy but perfect for us!
