The staff were friendly. Our stay was comfortable and met our expectations.
Maybe just emphasize that the cost of breakfast is not included in the advertised price.
Note to Booking.com: it wasn't very clear, after booking was confirmed, that payment hasn't been debited via my card, but still had to be effected directly with the host.

Very nice and quiet location. The place was very clean and beautiful hostesses. We arrived quite late and still had someone open for us.

Very private. Exceptional staff members.
There was never a toilet paper/tissue available for the duration of stay.
