Un appartamento con tutti i comfort per sentirti come a casa, nel quale trovare il fascino genuino
della campagna toscana.
L'alloggio (75 mq), risultato di una attenta ristrutturazione terminata nel 2018,
si compone di una comoda cucina-soggiorno con TV-SAT 42 pollici; una camera da letto
matrimoniale - con possibilità di aggiunta culla- ; bagno con ampia doccia; piccola lavanderia
dotata di lavatrice/asciugatrice e ferro da stiro. Nel piano seminterrato scoprirete una grande
stanza con soffitto a volte per zona relax dotata anch'essa di TV-SAT 42 pollici e divano letto.
Connessione wifi ed impianto di riscaldamento/condizionatore sono inclusi nel prezzo.
La struttura, situata su di una collina che si erge sul centro del borgo medievale di Lastra a Signa,
gode di una posizione strategica per poter godersi un soggiorno tranquillo ma a 15 minuti a piedi
dal centro cittadino e dalla stazione ferroviaria con la quale si raggiungono facilmente Firenze (15
minuti), Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Bologna.
Su richiesta disponibile servizio navetta per stazione ferroviaria e aeroporti di Firenze e Pisa.
I nostri ospiti godranno della tranquillità del luogo, ma anche di svariate comodità nelle immediate
vicinanze, come:
- parcheggio a 50 metri per chi ci raggiunge in automobile
- mini market a 100 metri
- ristorante tipico toscano a 200 metri
Arrivando al centro di Lastra a Signa avranno modo di beneficiare di tutti i servizi di cui possono
necessitare come centro commerciale/supermercato, bancomat, ufficio postale, noleggio auto,
ristoranti/pizzerie, pasticcerie/caffetterie.
Su richiesta anticipata possibilità di organizzare escursioni in Toscana di varie
tipologie e prenotazioni visite musei .

An apartment with every comfort you would have at home where you’ll be fascinated by the genuine charm of the Tuscan countryside. The space (75 sqm) is the result of an accurate restoration ended in 2018. The accommodation consists of one comfortable kitchen; one dining room/living room with a 42 inch satellite TV; one double bedroom with the possibility to add a cradle; one big bathroom with shower; one laundry room with washing machine/dryer and iron. In the basement our guests will discover a big room with vaulted ceiling which can be a relax area with 2 inch satellite TV and sofa bed. WI-FI and heating/air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure is situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa. It is a strategic position because you can reach the village city-center and the railway station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive to the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to get to the railway station, and to the airports of Pisa and Firenze. Our hosts will enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood but also the presence of several comforts such as: -a parking lot (50 meters away) -a mini-market (100 meters away) -a local restaurant (150 meters away) Moreover, the center of Lastra a Signa provides all the additional services you may require as a shopping center with supermarket, cash machine and bank, post-office, car rental, restaurants/ pizzerias, patisseries, cafés. On demand, there is the possibility of organizing various types of day trips in Tuscany.

The apartment is part of the ”La Residenza dei Piaceri Perduti” complex together with another one and it is located under a characteristic vault. INTERAZIONE CON GLI OSPITI The landlord lives in the immediate surroundings which makes prompt interventions possible 24h. We are committed to help our guests before their arrival or reservation answering their question as soon as possible.

Thanks to the recent restoration (ended in 2018) we were able to give the apartment all the comforts that modernity enables combined with a style which enhances the beauty of the original structure and the authentic bricks. Our philosophy is taking the best from a forgotten past and the advantages offered by the present, this is what we want to transmit our guests.
