Villa Valia: Traditional Luxurious Residence
Situato a Sithonia, nell'aeroporto internazionale di Salonicco (SKG), Villa Valia è uno dei posti migliori in cui soggiornare in Grecia. Protetto dalla rigogliosa vegetazione, è una scelta eccellente per la massima libertà e privacy.
Lo spazio:
Una casa basata sul tradizionale design macedone che consiste in una decorazione unica in cui ogni elemento ha una sua storia. Coprendo un'area di 1000 mq, il 140 mq è un appartamento a due piani.
Il primo piano comprende una cucina ben attrezzata con un soggiorno e un bagno, seguito da un grande spazio abitabile di 60 mq dove gli ospiti possono godersi il paesaggio locale. Il piano superiore comprende due camere da letto e un secondo bagno.
Fuori dal luogo, un padiglione di legno è costruito offrendo agli ospiti un posto per rilassarsi. Abbiamo una piscina privata con pompa di acqua salata, siamo anche presenti mentre gli ospiti possono anche seguire un sentiero che porta al mare e ad una costa privata.
Inoltre, la proprietà è dotata di un parcheggio privato di discreta grandezza.
Interazione con gli ospiti:
Gli ospiti saranno accolti e accolti al fine di ottenere una sospensione della proprietà. Inoltre, possono essere fornite sufficienti informazioni sulle attività intorno all'area e sui luoghi di interesse.

The villa is in a quiet and secluded location, right by the sea, meaning you can go to sleep listening to the sound of the waves and have your breakfast watching the sun rise over Mount Athos. The nearest town, Pyrgadikia, is a couple of miles away, so a car would be advisable. Agapitos, the owner, met us in person and was extremely friendly and helpful showing us round the house and recommending the best restaurants in the area. As we were staying for two weeks, he even organised for the pool to be cleaned while we were there. There are a couple of beaches a few minutes walk away and plenty more if you jump in the car. Although with a pool overlooking the sea (as well as steps down to the bay), you might well prefer to stay and relax! Overall, I would not hesitate to return in the future. Although the property accommodates six, there were just my partner and l. The owner Agis was most helpful advising us where best to eat and what to see in the area as neither of us had been to this part of Greece before. The property is beautifully situated with its own seawater pool and terrace overlooking the bay. The closest village is Pyrgadikia, only a few kilometres away which Agis told us had two of the best restaurants in the area; Kouros and the fish restaurant Kapitanos. He was not wrong, in fact we alternated each day between them. On a more practical note, I don’t think the house is appropriate for young children, as in particular the pool is rather deep, being 2 meters at the shallow end. Also with the terracing some of the steps were quite steep. That said, Agis was a great help sorting out one or two minor problems without any hassle. There are a number of long sandy beaches in the area, being June and early in the season they were virtually deserted. The one we liked the most had a beach bar called Coco Ammos, we had many a pleasurable hour soaking up the sun whilst listening to some great “Chillout” music.
