Aparthotel New Lux

Walking distance to all the sites as it’s based in the Market Square. Large room with a well equipped kitchen (which I didn’t use). Double glazed windows were very effective at blocking the sound of the square at night.

newly renovated apartment. everything in perfect order. Good location. peaceful and quiet. We arrived early and were allowed into the apartment at 12.00. helpful staff

There were no pegs on the wall in bathroom and living room to hang my clothes or towels. TVP World is a good English- language TV channel but it would have been nicer to have One or two additional TV- channels for non-Polish speaking guests.

Everything about this property is A++. The location of the building is right on Market Square with the fountain out front. The entrance is through an archway, which couldn''t be more ideal. There is a person on duty in the office to help with checkin and give access card. There is an elevator to reach the upper floors, which as seniors, we really needed, especially with luggage. The apartment is very well laid out and the furnishings are comfortable and classy. The bathroom is quite large and stunning with large stone panels covering the walls. The shower was larger than many we've used. I appreciated the small touches like make-up removing clothes and cotton swabs and Q-tips. The kitchen was sleek, modern and had everything including a toaster and microwave. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage. My husband enjoyed lounging on the couch for a couple days as he came down with a cold. The quality of the windows, doors and cabinetry is top notch. At checkout, and believe me we didn't want to leave, I asked about Uber pickup locations because there are no cars on the main square. Our lovely hostess, grabbed my roller bag and led us across the square and down the block for Uber access. A very memorable place to stay.

Everything was perfect.

Central Location. Excellent Staff. Went above and beyond for my comfort. Highly recommend.
