This is perfect place for a couple or small family. Convenient to skiing and restaurants. Host is very responsive.

This will be our last trip to Park City/Deer Valley due to lift ticket prices when you are only skiing a week and want to ski both resorts. We have been coming for years and Deer Valley is my husband’s favorite. We are so glad we chose to stay in this condo. Adam is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He was responsive, patient and very kind. The unit had obviously been recently completely renovated. Very high end features. Bedding was comfortable. The bus is literally across the street. We are in our low 60’s and walked to Park City with our skis. We left our skis in the car. Plenty of parking. Although the unit would sleep 4 people, I do not have friends that close. Would work well for a small family. Well furnished. Cannot say enough good things about this unit.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owner was incredibly to our questions and requests. Great location right across the street from the free city bus. Free parking. Nice hot tub. Wood burning fireplace. Highly recommend for ski vacation

The condo was as advertised and clean. Kitchen is fully furnished and very functional.

Adam was wonderful to work with, very timely and helpful. Location can’t be beat. We took the bus, which is right across the street, put our skis in valet for the week and walked to and from the hill. Can walk to the store and Starbucks. Would stay again.

The unit seemed newly update and nicely decorated. Furnishings were not cheap and overly worn.. Everything worked well. A Very convenient location. The host thought of everything you might need. Parking was easy. Checkin and check out was simple and hassle free. Great job host!

Great location.

We enjoyed our ski getaway and we were very happy with this condo! Exactly as described and very close to downtown and ski resorts. Pleased with condo amenities including fireplace! Couldn’t be more pleased with proximity of ski resort, restaurants and grocery store! Don’t need a car as the free bus and trolley service make getting around that much easier! We will definitely be back!

We loved out stay at this condo. It was well-appointed and very comfortable. The free bus stops right across the street, and it'a a short 5-7 minute walk back from PCMR. The grocery store, shops, food are all either a short walk or a quick bus ride away. We stayed with our 2 kids on the sofa bed and it was comfortable for everyone. Highly recommend!

Overall 5 star review and would consider renting this unit again.. It was too far to carry our skis to to the Payday lift, but we took the free shuttle from across the street. Did not use pool/spa or fireplace but this was our own choice. There was a little noise from upstairs neighbors. Otherwise, unit was quiet.

Great experience at Adam’s property!

This is a great place. I would definitely recommend it. It was clean and big enough for me and my husband. It's only a 5 min. walk to the "Payday" lift, so for an extra convenience we kept our skis and boots at a valet up at the base and changed there every day.

Adam is an awesome host. He told us to make reservations for the restaurants because, they get booked fast. I’m glad he told us and we made reservations. It was easy to check in and to check out. We didn’t cook but, the appointment has everything you need to cook. The location is perfect. Everything is very close by and the bus stop is a cross the street. Loved being on the first floor! We walked across the street to Cole's Sports to rent our skis, a little further down is the Fresh Market where we went a few times to stock up on groceries, there are bus stops located near the condo as well, and we were able to walk to the mountain and hop on a lift to start our day! After skiing, my son would lay on the couch in the sun and look at the slopes out the sliding glass door! Beautiful. The free buses were clutch since we didn't have a car. The schedule is easy to learn between the paper guide and the MyStop mobile app! The bed was very comfortable and the condo is beautiful! There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows for our adult kids to stay cozy & warm on the pullout couch. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of skiing, which is only about 50 feet from the condo door! The kitchen was equipped enough to cook meals daily. Adam was a great host! Friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again! :)

The biggest benefit to us is the 5 min walk to lifts. The apartment is also very clean. Our main issue is the touch based Schlage lock - it constantly takes minutes to open.

My family of 4 were very comfortable staying here. Short walks to ski lift and downtown. Perfect location and the condo had everything we needed. The washer/dryer was a big plus. We had a wonderful trip!

This condo is in an ideal location. Everything we needed, from the bus to town to the slopes, to the food store and some restaurants, is within walking distance. The condo is clean and comfortable, and very modern in many respects. We were very comfortable as two people; kids would be fine, but another adult couple might make it cramped. As the saying goes, "Location, location, location!" Can't beat this one.
