Great location, the street itself quite busy but close to a lot of things. The room was fine just a little small, particularly the shower. The owner, Giuseppe, is so lovely and really helpful.
Shower was too small, room a little bit small too, elevator was a bit slow and annoying to spend 10c every time you need to use the elevator

La posizione pazzesca, la vista, la cura nei dettagli, la pulizia!
Non fatevi spaventare dal piano!

Rooms were basic, but exactly what you need for a long weekend stay. It is a self check in facility, however the instructions were extremely clear and contained all details needed. It was a room with a balcony with a phenomenal view of the city (I would book here purely for the view again, we were the "Outdoor" room).
The air conditioning didn't seem to work very well, this was only really a problem at night as we were out during the day.

It’s close to Naples station and the room was clean. Guiseppe was helpful.
The area looks extremely shady. Further, the bnb is on the 13th floor and the lift needs a 10c coin to operate between 8am-8pm. We missed our train because of this (who has 10c coins on them in 2026). Definitely not a value for money option.
