Great location in the center.
It is actually 4 room apartment. Nice and quite.
Everything needed for a nice short stay including a 2 bathrooms and spacious kitchen.
Good wifi connection.

The location was great, easy instructions to find. The photos match the reality. The host is very responsive to messages and helpful. I will definitely book again when visiting Tbilisi.
I can't point out anything that I didn't like - maybe a garbage bin in the room would be nice. Other than that I am fully satisfied with my stay.

Close to center and also super quiet even during independence day.

Great location and great reception by the owner
Mattress is not comfortable, I slept very bad, its clean but its old or just bad. There is only one bathroom. Had to wait almost an hour while some one was taking a long bath to just be able to go pee.
