Property is just as pictured in the listing.
Very spacious with comfortable accommodations, nice furniture, well appointed, and beds were comfortable. Linens provided and bathrooms were stocked w hairdryers and supplies including shampoo/lotion etc.
The location was perfect, near Broughton street, in the historic district, we walked all weekend.
Check-in process very easy. Elevator access to condo on the second floor. Would definitely stay there again.
My only negative comment is about the noise. It can be noisy at night with alot of street & alley noise, city noise, and you can often hear the people in the other condos. I would still stay there again, its not a big deal for us and we got used to it, but I mention it for those who need a really quiet sleep setting.

Perfect location near City Market. Most everything was walkable. Enjoyed Top Deck Bar on the river twice. Hop on Hop off Trolley Tour worked out well for getting around. Highly recommend The Olde Pink House for dinner and the bar that is downstairs at The Olde Pink House.

We were a family of 10 (6 adults, 3 kids,1 toddler) staying 3 nights in Savannah. The great things about this peoperty are 1) central location you can walk to most places 2) spacious the large open living space was perfect for our group. The things that could be improved are 1) floor cleanliness Kids and toddler had dirty feet walking barefoot. Management sent a cleaner the next day to mop 2) kitchen cutlery mismatched and glasses not enough for 10. Very large bowls. Just to note the 4th bedroom is accessed only thru the 3rd bedroom. I don't think that is clear in the description. Parking is an issue. Street parking can be hard to find and some spots have to be vacated in the night for street cleaning. There is a close garage. I'd recommend it over street parking. You have to load and unload in the alley. There is no pack n play for an infant, so we brought our own. In summary, it's a great space for a big family group. Some small improvements would make it a 5 star. Management provided clear instructions and was responsive to dirty floor situation.

When we first walked in our minds were blown! I honestly could live in something like this. Smelt so good and it was so clean. Beds were comfy and you literally had everything you needed. Great location to everything!! Honestly if we go to Savannah for a family trip instead of a bachelorette trip we will definitely be booking this again!! Easy check in and out!! Just overall phenomenal!!!

We were there for a family weekend. Place was great! Had an issue with our door one day, but was resolved immediately. Only issue was parking and that has nothing to do with where we stayed.

You'll not be disappointed in this property, walking distance to great food and beverages. Parking was simple as well as the check-in / out process.
The only negative comment I have is with the televisions. They were hard to navigate and action. It would have been helpful to have specific instructions by TV. The remotes didn't work on some TV's.

Great place. If you stay in the bedroom with the window, you may want to wear earplugs to sleep. Noisy from people walking on the street below. Otherwise no complaints. Location couldn't have been better.

The location for this ‘week’ was WONDERFUL. Even though the parking garage was 3 blocks away, we really didn’t need to have our car as we could walk everywhere. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floors had not been swept. One of the bedrooms had, a Gatorade bottle, mascara tube and an inhaler under the bed. I felt that we had to clean the floors before we stayed there. The Master bed had a queen sized fitted sheet on a king sized bed. That caused us having to get get up a couple times a night to try to stretch it. Management apologized but didn’t offer compensation.

Holiday family getaway that didn’t disappoint. Holiday decorations and festivities added to the memories that our children and grandkids will look back on. Pleat of room and everything you could want or see was accessible. We never had to drive! Thank you lucky Savannah! We will be back!

The kitchen could have been stocked better in terms of cooking supplies, there wasn’t a spatula and some of the utensils were minimal. A non issue if you don’t plan on cooking. I know there are certain rules for leaving food at a rental, but at least some salt and pepper would be appreciated.
Also only one bedroom has a window, the others are windowless. Not great for those who like to wake up with some daylight, but may not bother you if you like to sleep in late.
Location is excellent and a short walk to coffee, restaurants, bars, and CVS.

The location is excellent, the facility is nice with average furnishings and amenities. Not having parking is a big problem especially when the city is crowded. The App than manages the rental is a pain and defeats the purpose of using VRBO.

Overall I’ve given our entire experience 5 stars. It was excellent for my sister’s 40th birthday with friends and family. However if I could provide constructive feedback I would say that for a place sleeping 10 it should have more living room furniture to sit everyone. We had to use the dining chairs (which are extremely uncomfortable, would elect for a different style when it’s time to update/replace) and barstools to sit after a long day of walking and exploring Savannah. There was also no broom or vacuum to keep it at a level of cleanliness we are comfortable with. Otherwise, there was plenty of space, beds were clean and comfortable, and we loved our experience and trip! Thank you!

Condo was in a great location & as pictured. We had an issue with the front door lock and management company responded very quickly, which was great. One suggestion for improvement would be to improve on kitchen implements, we didn't cook for Thanksgiving, but did have a meal & would have appreciated some additional basics like oven mitts.

Stay was absolutely wonderful. Location was perfect!! The management company was so easy to work with.
1 - I showed up early and they let us in even though I didn’t think about the 4pm checkin and called last minute
2 - the iron was broke and we were there for a wedding so we were really dependent on it. They sent one over immediately.
3 - Again, I didn’t plan well and requested late checkout at the last minute and they confirmed immediately.
So easy to work with. Our experience was terrific and if/when we go back to Savannah this will be our go to place!

The apartment was wonderful. So clean and decorated beautifully. The location was great too. Close to the river, close to many of the Squares, and close to many restaurants. We walked everywhere. Our smoke detector kept going off and they were there within the hour to fix excellent service! The only complaint I have is that you cannot request an early check in until the day before or the day of. We had to wait until 4pm and they were very not accommodating for us when our flights got in at 1pm, so plan accordingly.
