Calm, place to enjoy the nature and the beautiful view of the lake. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Especially if you play golf its a heaven for you.
The main thing was the hill narrow road leading to the property. You must have a car otherwise it's almost impossible to walk down the hill to the main center of Menaggio , especially going up. It takes 10-12 minutes by car to get to the center. Otherwise, peaceful lovely place.

Amazing stay (third time) second oldest golf course of Italy and an amazing old building with charming rooms. The view out from our room to the lake Como in the morning was amazing.

Lovely old building and decor. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. Room was really nice. We stayed in the outbuilding. Room was a great size and clean. AC didn’t work but there was a fan in the room.
Breakfast poor with little choice, and not enough. Items not replenished. There is no bus from the golf club. You need your own car to get down to Menaggio. Taxis are available but can be expensive and hit and miss.

The view is amazing, the suite is in a nice traditional Italian style .
There is always enough parking near the place.
Great coffee at breakfast
The room was dusty ( under , above the bed ) and not cleaned daily. We didn't get any explanation when we got to the room.
The breakfast was very limited, no veggies . Do ask for eggs with your coffee ;)
