The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything and very convenient for exploring Istanbul. The area feels safe and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff are amazing—very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul

-the location is in the center of the old town and very facile to reach fast (as Istanbul allows) to any touristic point. - Metin was the main contact person we had during our staying, being an excellent host and wonderful person to talk, have a coffe and laugh, he made our staying memorable. Also Mohamed and the blonde maid were kind professionals and very helpful during our staying. - easy check in and very understandable staff!! We love that. - the prince ranges around this location are good but mind your wallet as some locals will try to give you the wrong change or will charge you extra- with prices in front of you ( supermarket, coffee shop, grocery stores) and I am glad we did not face this in this hotel!

I am very critical here and please see it as improvement points, perhapssome things should be reviewed like tv, maintenance, and some linen should be discarded, but overall it was a good staying and we would return

Great option if you're on budget but want to stay in the city center. the staff were very kind and welcoming. the breakfast was decent enough. rooms are a bit smaller with older furniture but that wasn't a problem.
