Suite matrimoniale con letto king size, biancheria premium di alta qualità e TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno padronale adiacente ha due lavandini, vasca a getto da giardino, cabina doccia oversize e un gabinetto separato. 2 ampi armadi completano la master suite. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale, lenzuola di alta qualità e un grande armadio. Il secondo bagno completo è adiacente alla camera degli ospiti. Una tana separata ospita una scrivania e una TV a schermo piatto. Il soggiorno di grandi dimensioni dispone di un altro televisore a schermo piatto e di ampi posti a sedere per intrattenere. Una sala da pranzo formale completa la pianta del concetto aperto. Una cucina luminosa e ben attrezzata con una zona pranzo informale rende piacevole la preparazione dei pasti. Una lavanderia separata dotata di lavatrice e asciugatrice a carico frontale completa la planimetria interna. All'esterno puoi goderti il lussureggiante paesaggio desertico e le ampie vedute delle montagne della Catalina dal patio coperto mentre griglia o il patio rialzato mentre ti godi il tramonto e una bevanda fresca. Entrambi i cortili sono pronti per mangiare all'aperto. La comunità SaddleBrooke offre 3 campi da golf, 3 piscine, centri fitness, campi da tennis, ristoranti e altro ancora, tutti disponibili per il tuo divertimento.

The home has everything you need for your stay and was spotless for our check-in. Katherine is easy to communicate with, the neighborhood is friendly and a short walk to the Saddlebrooke #1 gym, clubhouse and golf.

We had an amazing time in Saddlebrooke. The location was perfect. We love to golf and this spot was within 10 minutes of three wonderful golf courses. Katherine was a great host and her home provided everything we needed to make us feel at home during our stay. We loved it so much we are coming back in 2022.

Living in this home is like living in a palace. It is a beautiful home on the outside as well as the inside. Plush carpeting in the main living area and bedrooms, tile every where else. When we moved in I found that everything from the bedding in the bedrooms to the towels in the each bath were brand new. In the kitchen every thing was new also. Then there is the patio furniture that appeared to be new also.
The home owner provided everything you need to keep this home clean. We stayed for 5 months and the home owner was quick to answer any questions we had and arrange for service people when needed. We enjoyed the formal dinning room table for putting together puzzles. We could just leave the puzzles be and eat in the very pleasant kitchen dinning table.
There is another large table on the covered patio. When the weather was warm enough to eat outside the view of the mountain range and watching birds flying from bush to bush was extremely enjoyable.
The kitchen is spacious and furnished with many pots,pans and appliances in the hall pantry that I never had a need for. The master bedroom is so big and the bath is wonderful too. There is a large whorl pool tub that we didn’t use but it was there. The separate sinks meant not having to wait.
Another amazing this about this house is the view from the living room windows of the Catalina mountains. Such a joy to watch the sun come up over those mountains. The view of the mountains from the raised patio is so relaxing. Even though there are very close neighbors you don’t see them because the yard is so large and well landscaped. Another thing I liked about this home was it’s location on a semi circle off the main street. This would be a home I would rent again without any question.
