The house was beautifully kept. Great off street parking. Loved the little library! Quick drive to the Falls. The overall area seemed a little run down, but the immediate neighborhood and street were quiet and safe. Would have been happy to stay there longer.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The interior and all the furniture are in great condition. The Falls and all the other attractions are a five-minute drive from the house. If you are coming to Niagara Falls by car, this is a much better option than getting a hotel.

This was a wonderful home with plenty of space and in a perfect location when visiting Niagara Falls. The place was clean and in a nice neighborhood that we could walk around.

House was very clean. 2 bedrooms were nice. Futon in living room for additional 2 adults not very comfortable! It had a “bumpy “ top that made things uncomfortable. Good location to the Falls, Niagara River, bike trails and Canada

The location is only a short drive to the falls and rainbow bridge. Street was quiet and close to neighborhood restaurants. Older house with squeaky floors but it had what we needed. Surrounding streets appeared more run down.

Property was very cute! Floors are creaky, but thats expected for an old house. Check in process was easy. I had one question, and got a response fairly quickly. We will stay again, if/when we go back!

The booking process was easy, but the subpar experience all started with our arrival. We never received a code and had to call. Although the rental is old, when upstairs residents walk around and talk it’s loud and woke up entire family. Additionally, there was a limitation to cooking as there were zero pot holders, no pot covers to cook food and the stove was missing a heating element. The microwave was small. Garbage can was small and several things were broken in kitchen including a few cabinet knobs and knob to dishwasher. The ice cube trays had some type of crusty substance in them and had to scrape it off. We never used them for beverages but my wife would have like to. As far as the bedding, it seemed old and worn and probably needs replaced. The bunk bed was loose and did not seem safe for my kids. So they didn’t sleep in it. If I had my tools, I would have tightened it. The blinds in all rooms were either broken, outdated, or worn. The blinds in bathroom were disgusting. Finally, the floors in entire rental were filthy with exception of the bathroom. We were forced to wear our shoes as all of our feet were black! It was disgusting and wasn’t mopped at all! The Tv in living room is tiny in comparison to the space. It needs to be bigger. We asked for partial refund and it fell on deaf ears. We will never be back.

Property was just as described. It was clean, quiet and comfortable for our family of 6! Check-in was a breeze. Neighborhood felt safe and was centrally located to the falls and every place on our itinerary! We would definitely recommend this place to others and if we ever find ourselves back in Niagara Falls, we would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely older home. Pristine condition (given age). Parking can be a challenge — but workable. Very convenient to Niagara Falls.

This propery was super clean. They provided everything you could need. Had a full kitchen, loaded with utensils and bowls and plates. Had a spare closet in the master bedroom full of extras for bedding. The house is old victorian feel but very modern inside. Even had an amazing centeal a/c that we needed ao badly lol. We really enjoyed this stay and would stay again! We also left a generous tip behind, for the cleaners as well as bottles and cans so they could collect! We appreciate your hospitality!

Perfect for the two of us, but it would've been hard to have 6 people here.

Spent a weekend there while visiting Niagara Falls . Offstreet parking was nice. It was clean. There’s only one small tv in the living room, worked for us because we were only there the weekend. There was no bedside stand in the bedrooms, not a huge deal but I wear glasses and put them on the minute I open my eyes. We enjoyed our stay there.

My kids and I stayed here a few nights to visit Niagara Falls. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Falls. We sincerely enjoyed staying here. The home was updated; however, there were still a lot of the homes originals; we loved that. It definitely gave you a “New York” feel!! The property is also very safe. There were cameras where you park and on the front porch. As a women traveling with 3 kids 100’s of miles away from home, feeling safe is important to me. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

This is a great place to stay. Very spacious with plenty of lighting. Very affordable, it's definitely a great deal. I would have liked to have a TV in the master bedroom. Communication with James was efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent property for vacation

Comfortable accommodations. Host communication timely and helpful. Neighborhood is okay (Porkey's has great ice cream), but wouldn't recommend walking around alone at night. Light sleepers should bring ear plugs because older floors are squeaky and you can hear most everything going on from the upstairs neighbors. Also, plan to bring slippers/houseshoes because of the hardwood floors and to keep your feet clean. Fully equipped kitchen, but bring your own paper products (paper towels/napkins).

Quaint historic home within a 5 minute drive to Niagara. It was clean, well furnished and James was very helpful. It felt safe, was comfortable. The only downside was a washer and dryer not on site.

The check-in process is efficient and contact-less. Every time I call James, he always picked up immediately. The house is clean and spacious. Overall we are pleased with our stay.

My daughter and I were in town for a quick orientation at the local university and this was the perfect place to stay. Short drive to Lewiston and the school. Super clean and cute little place. We even had a short, pleasant visit with the upstairs renter as well. Everything went smoothly and the owner was easy to reach. We mentioned this place to all the other families at the University orientation.
