One of the most warm-hearted, hospitable families we‘ve stayed in during all of our travels. Delicious traditional homemade food. Interesting spiritual discussions with owner Prakash. Funny conversations with his wife Snee (hope I pronounced that correctly) and with their children and grandchildren. The lodge is a secluded gem at the outskirts of Himalaya. You have to ascend a path for 15 minutes to reach it. Many hiking possibilities in front of the door. The accomodation is quite basic but clean and well-kept. 1 sweet cat and one adorable dog. 💓

Wonderful rejuvenating stay at this lovely property. A beautiful setting and warm family and the most delicious home cooked indian food. Thank you Orchard Huts for making me feel like family and the most restful four days.
