Questo cottage fronte spiaggia offre gli splendidi tramonti dell'estate e le pulite spiagge sabbiose del Lago Michigan orientale. Il nostro 3 camere da letto di 900 piedi quadrati casa è stata la residenza dei proprietari negli ultimi 15 anni e nel 2008 è il primo anno offerto ai nostri ospiti. Situato su 5/8 di un acro questa struttura fortemente ombreggiata offre uno spazio aperto di prato a giocare a baseball o croquet, o per sedersi sul ponte anteriore, bere una limonata fredda e godersi la brezza tiepida lungolago. Le scale per la spiaggia sono cinquanta piedi di distanza dove si può situare se stessi sul territorio espansivo spiaggia privata (sorvegliata durante il fine settimana per mantenere estranei fuori). La spiaggia privata è una spiaggia associativa condivisa dalle famiglie di Gordon Beach. Abbiamo utilizzato questo sito con successo per 9 anni. Ora che HomeAway è un mega conglomerata ci sono oltre 450 proprietà restituiti in una ricerca di Union Pier. Assicurati di ottenere l'indirizzo dal proprietario prima di noleggiarlo e accedere a Google Earth per vedere dove si trova il lungolago. La nostra cucina è stata aggiornata nel 2016 insieme ai nuovi mobili del soggiorno. Le nostre sedie e ombrelloni da spiaggia sono sempre nuovi. We had a great stay in union pier. The house was well equipped. The location cannot be beat. It’s so easy to get to the beach!

John is an amazing and very accommodating host!! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is ideal and the house, while compact, is very very functional and extremely well provisioned!!! Tons of towels, comfy beds, a shed full of beach essentials…..and a huge yard was the added bonus! Wonderful getaway… with we could have stayed longer.

Property is just as manager stated and as shown in pictures. We had family of 6 with plenty of room. Perfect if you want to enjoy a beach vacation, location is excellent. Very thoughtful manager who thinks of everything and makes process easy! We had a wonderful time!

In short, this property is amazing! When there is consensus among 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 9-17) "we want to come back here again!" that's all you need. Communication with the owner from the moment of reservation to the moment of departure was A+. When a beach umbrella went down, we had a new one within 30 minutes. Looking out the kitchen window at the lake while fixing meals is great. The lot is large, filled with stately trees, and the front and back porches are great to hang out between beach adventures. The location is perfect-stroll down the front sidewalk, walk about 40 paces, and head down the stairs to some scenic, accessible, family friendly shoreline. Immediate access to the private beach ensures you have plenty of room to spread out, not be in crowd, and have some privacy. The proximity is great so folks can run up and down to the house, use the restroom, grab a snack, and return for the next round of fun. There are beach umbrellas and chairs along with plenty of beach towels. The house is fully equipped, updated, and very cozy. It also has a real ambience to it-the thousands of laughs, stories of the day, and shared experience permeate the place if you just sit back and let it soak in. There is a wide variety of very nice shopping, dining, and sightseeing (e.g., Warren Dunes) opportunities within 15-30 minutes. The highlights among them are well cataloged in the info manual that comes with the house. The only question: when will we return?

My husband, our 3 children (9,6,4) and our English bulldog stayed at this cottage and absolutely loved our stay. Views of the Lake, and just a few steps towards the stairs and down to the Lake with a private beach. Just don’t forget the flag! The yard was very spacious where we played catch and kickball. A short walk to the bakery was very pleasant. The cottage it self was clean, comfy beds, clean showers, plenty of towels (both shower and beach towels). My kiddos loved the upstairs bunk beds! It was like their own little hideaway. I enjoyed having the washer and dryer as well. The beach was very clean and very convenient to walk up and use restroom or grab some lunch from the cottage. There was a fire pit where we enjoyed smoking some sausage and roasting marshmallows. We are definitely going back here!

The best little beach house
We had such a great trip! Upon arrival, we found the house clean, updated, matching pictures/description and full of charm. My kids loved the bunk beds and the two decks made for great evenings outside. The location is the absolute best- you’re literally on the beach! John was a great host- even mailing back a few items left behind. We will absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful sleeping space for 6-8 people. The upstairs sleeping space is an adventure with built-in bunk beds that any child would live to sleep in.
The cottage is very clean, neat and inviting from the first minute you step into the door. Views of the water are beautiful as you watch the sunset. The beach is a short walk from your cottage, be aware that you do have a number of stairs to travel to get to the beach. The location is perfect for the beach, groceries, and amazing breakfast sandwiches...all are a short walk away. Everything you need to rest and relax and enjoy lake life! Also, great communication with the owners, they are welcoming and make it easy to rent. We will look forward to returning to this little cottage!

Wonderful sleeping space for 6-8 people. The upstairs sleeping space is an adventure with built-in bunk beds that any child would live to sleep in.

The beach is a short walk from your cottage, be aware that you do have a number of stairs to travel to get to the beach. Also, great communication with the owners, they are welcoming and make it easy to rent. We will look forward to returning to this little cottage!

Being able to view the lake from the main gathering area truly is priceless. This place has been very tastefully updated. The way the upstairs shower has been remodeled is fantastic with great water pressure and dual heads.
A few miles away in New Buffalo there are many brewery/dining options and also has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook in.
Great network of quiet streets to run/bike down if that's your jam. We stayed for my wife's birthday weekend and had no regrets.
Fantastic family owned/operated rental that go above and beyond to make sure your stay is great.
Also we brought our dog and the lot size is huge by lakefront area standards. Pup approved. Would stay again.

Being able to view the lake from the main gathering area truly is priceless. This place has been very tastefully updated. The way the upstairs shower has been remodeled is fantastic with great water pressure and dual heads.
A few miles away in New Buffalo there are many brewery/dining options and also has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook in.

Peaceful and safe
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean. The neighborhood quiet. The private beach was the exact family friendly, COVID safe vacation we have been looking for. Came with my husband and our two toddlers. They loved the bunk beds, the European shower was awesome! We enjoyed visiting the town nearby for ice cream. John’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. We forgot the flag the first time we went to the beach and had some questions from others residents on the beach but nothing out of the ordinary. I would recommend that if you’re bringing small kids to pack a portable baby gate as the stairs up and down to the upstairs bedroom is very very steep. We will definitely be staying here again.

I liked the "bunks" in the master bedroom upstairs; parents and kids could sleep together and there was lot of room up there. Great to have two bathrooms and outside shower. We couldn't find the bikes or the hammock that I think were advertised. It really is a short hop to the beach; if you forget something, it's easy to go back and get it.
