Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: a wonderful home. Well appointed kitchen, nice high end appliances. Well stocked for in home cooking, which we did often. Lovely, quiet neighborhood, genteel, quiet and only a few blocks from everything. Pool lovely, great for young kids, again a good number of chairs and chaise lounges for sunning and entertaining. A few small maintenance issues. Compass Realty very responsive, all issues got addressed same day.

The neighborhood was a a great backdrop for wedding photos as well! Would love to stay here again.

The house was wonderful! Perfect location and the pool was wonderful except it needed cleaning. You guys were so helpful and made our trip that much better.

We were celebrating the 20th anniversary of my husband's 40th birthday -- which we'd spent in Key West (the theme then was A Pirate Looks at 40; original, I know). In any event, this was truly one of the nicest properties I've rented through VRBO. The house was lovely, fitting in the neo-traditional neighborhood that is Truman Annex. Well-equipped and comfortable; we had every thing we needed. Lush landscaping and gorgeous outdoor space. The pool could use an update, but it didn't hinder our enjoyment of it. And, most importantly, the location was awesome. We could get anywhere we wanted either on foot or via the bikes we'd rented. Beach, bar and restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.
