Unità di design decorata all'Isola Principessa sull'isola di Okaloosa, con TV via cavo a schermo piatto e lettori DVD in ogni camera (TV da 39 "in TV LR e 32" in tutte le camere), accesso internet wireless. Situato in posizione perfetta verso la fine del 1 ° piano per una serata tranquilla nel patio e semplici passi per piscina, jacuzzi e spiaggia ... senza aspettare gli ascensori. Sedie a sdraio e ombrellone inclusi da marzo a ottobre. Piscina (riscaldata in inverno), jacuzzi, parcheggio coperto e palestra in loco. Cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici per il 2018, nuova cucina, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Ha ripiani in granito e bar per la colazione con quattro sedie da bar ... che offre molti posti a sedere con set da pranzo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di bagno privato; la camera da letto principale ha un letto king size, la camera da letto centrale ha un letto matrimoniale e la camera "per bambini" ha temi e opere d'arte da surf (ha letti a castello con due letti singoli, fondo full size e letto estraibile sotto per dormire quattro). Materassi pillow top in ogni stanza. Ti consigliamo di tornare ogni anno in questo condominio di lusso sulle spettacolari spiagge di sabbia bianca e soffice della "Costa Smeralda" !!

The condo was great!! It was clean and spacious! An easy walk to beach and had everything you would need to cook and enjoy your stay at fort Walton!

The size of the condo was great for our family and the proximity to the beach and pool was wonderful. The condo could definitely use a "refresh" as far as deep cleaning and updating. CD players didn't work, some electrical outlets didn't work, but we weren't there for the condo we were there for the beach - which was beautiful! Property manager was quick to respond and tried to help. We had small children so we were in the unit more than others probably would have been. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Exactly as advertised. We very much enjoyed. It wasn't clean as it should have been but the property owner was quick to correct this.

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here with afew exceptions and only one of them was property issue. Neighbors above us were noisy all night long but that's not the property owner's fault. They could use a new cleaning service since we found cheerios in the bedrooms and other living areas, it needed a good sweeping and vacuuming. The guest room with bunkers needs some new slats or something since the mattress fell through one night and we had to put it back together at 4am. Other than that it was very well supplied and an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend it to someone.

Great visit
The property manager was great answering any questions we had. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The sliding glass doors are a little hard to open which I didn't mind having a little one with us. She couldn't get out. We would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Condo
Enjoyed our stay. It was clean and very nice to be on the ground floor. Only downside to that was that we couldn’t see the beach from the condo, but we were steps away from the pool and beach. No waiting for the elevator. Loved having access to the beach chairs too.

Keri was our contact and she was totally responsive whenever we needed anything! We actually left a fairly valuable item at the condo and it was found and being returned to us! Nothing but good things to say about our stay!

Condo was 1st floor no stairs or elevators. Right by the parking lot but no view of ocean. Take the good with the bad. Great location to the pool and hot tub and beach access. Love the location.

The property manager was great to work with and very accomodating. The kitchen tools/appliances were very basic, but the rooms were spacious enough to fit our family of 7 well. We knew we were sacrificing the ocean view with a 1st floor condo, but we loved the walkout patio and used it often. We also loved the convenience of being close to the pool and beach walkway.

Loved the key pad to get it the property. Didn't have to go anywhere to get keys. Condo was great.

The condo itself was nice but the bed in the middle bedroom had a busted box spring and the slats in the bunks was a terrible set up.
The kitchen sink leaked and we had to put a bowl under the garbage disposal and had to empty it 3-4 times a day. My husband even slide and almost fell because the mat in front of the sink was soaking wet from the leak.
I emailed the owner and never received any response at all! This was not the only time communication wasn’t good. I had to email the owner on the Thursday before we were to check in (Saturday) just to get check in info. This was the worst communication I’ve ever had in staying in a condo. When you pay the kind of money you pay for a weeks stay I feel like beds should be comfortable! One other issue we had was the ice maker would not dispense ice through the door. You had to get the ice out with your hands. In the pictures it shows a regular washer and dryer but it was actually an apartment size all in one.
Like I stated before, we did like the condo and I like the convenience of it being on the first floor. Just disappointed in the issues we did have.

Got there at 5 and housekeeping was not finished because previous guests left late. Beds could use updating. Other than that it was great except for mother nature dumped 9 in of rain on us mid week

The condo was perfect for our family with 3 kids, and Nana and Papa. Direct access outside extended the living room right outside to play and chase lizards! Definitely would want to return here.
