Ubicato in Cocoa Beach, questo delizioso condominio a 106 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Questo è un condominio bellissimo, tranquillo e rilassante in una comunità fronte oceano desiderabile e sicura. Questo condominio con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno, è stato recentemente rinnovato ed è situato nel complesso diplomatico. Siamo solo 0,5 miglia a sud del famoso Ron Jon Surf Shop, una delle migliori posizioni di Cocoa Beach. Siamo a pochi passi da tanti ottimi ristoranti, parchi (anche parchi per cani), negozi e bar. Il condominio è un'unità di fine secondo piano, quindi molto silenzioso.
Il complesso condominiale Oceanfront ha un lungomare privato recintato verso l'oceano (vedi foto sopra - il condominio è a pochi passi dal lungomare), un centro ricreativo comunitario, shuffleboard e campi da tennis, servizio lavanderia e una piscina riscaldata con club house (vedi foto sopra). La comunità ha appena completato la costruzione di un'area picnic coperta con un barbecue a carbone all'aperto. Abbiamo anche una splendida vista di qualsiasi lancio di razzi dalla spiaggia. I lanci notturni sono FANTASTICI!
Il Diplomat Condominium Complex si trova sul lato dell'oceano appena fuori dalla A1A, direttamente dall'altra parte della strada ea breve distanza a piedi da un negozio di alimentari (Publix, dall'altra parte della strada). Non è necessario guidare una volta arrivati. Si trova a pochi minuti da attrazioni locali come il Kennedy Space Center. A soli 30+ minuti da Disney World, Sea World e Universal Studios.

House was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Pool is listed as heated, but was a little chilly (nothing to do with actual condo). Also pool closes at dusk which with being winter made for short swimming time frames. My only complaint was all the outlets seemed loose and the chargers kept falling out.

While this property doesn't have any beach views, it is located on the second floor and is an end unit, so it tends to be quiet. We were there for two weeks and rarely heard our neighbors. Even though it's an older building, the owners had it nicely decorated. The queen bed in the master was very comfortable. The HVAC system is old but still functional. There are only a few ducts in the unit, but you can turn on the fans for additional air movement. The directions on how to access the unit were easy to follow and were sent out ahead of time. The beach is just a short walk away and is a great walking beach!

The property was just as described in the listing. The condo was clean and well finished. Its location to the beach was less than a football field and the pool and other outside amenities we awesome as well.
Liz, who owns the condo, was excellent to deal with throughout the whole process! She answered any questions I had and even went out of her way to make sure our stay was a great experience for my family and me.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Coco Beach area! My family and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

What a wonderful location of thiz cozy condo! Has all essentials and even a little slow cooker which I enjoyed using. 2 min walk to the beach, lots of stores and restaurants walking distance away. Fantastic place to watch rocket launches! We had a fantastic vacation and 2 teens staying with us loved it too!

We loved staying here, the condo is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean and exactly like the pictures. The communication with the host was easy and very pleasant, and she was available before and during our stay. The beach was very calm, not too many people which was exactly what we were looking for. Calm place, near everything. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here in May 2023. The condo had everything we needed and we loved being a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect for our home base. Liz was very responsive. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back!

Liz was very nice and easy to work with . The condo was recently renovated and had everything we needed. The beach was amazing, the pool was clean, and the locals were very friendly. I would definitely rent this condo again.

This condo is exactly as shown in the pictures posted. All the amenities are as described as well. It was very clean and in a very good location to whatever your interest may be. The host goes above and beyond what you would expect in terms of support. We will definitely book again.

We loved our stay at Darcy’s cabin. It was very family friendly, with 30+ board games, a media center, lots of space,
and a kitchen well-stocked with any appliance you could ever want or hope for to. Ok family meals. Darcy was easily accessible to communicate with during our stay, which included a giant snowstorm.

Perfect spot for us to be located for the Artemis rocket launch. The beach access was safe and directly accessible through the parking lot - very convenient. The pool was wonderful too. The condo bed was comfy and the towels soft. Good appliances too. We enjoyed our stay.

What a lovely surprise....this 2 bedroom/1 bath was so quiet and clean with really comfortable beds which was perfect for my husband and I who are a retired couple. Located on 2nd floor (no elevator)at the end of the building which is a 2 story building. The gate to the private beach was a very short walk and seemed so private.

We were upset by the fact that no dogs were allowed in any of the parks and only for a short time on part of the beach in Cocoa Beach. We were also upset by the charge of $2.50 an hour or $15 a day for parking in Cocoa Beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find the Manatee Sanctuary Park in Cape Canaveral Beach that allowed dogs, had bathrooms, had a great place to walk, free parking with a hook-up for our hybrid and comfortable benches. We were also pleased to find restaurants at Port Canaveral that allowed dogs and where parking was free.

Felt like home
Stayed November and December 2018. The condo was just right for me and my dog, and an occasional visitor. Everything I needed was provided. The pool was warm and only a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, heat and AC worked well. I appreciated having the washer and dryer in the condo . I will be back next year for November and December! Thank you Liz

Fabulous condo for a quiet stay at the beach
This condo had everything you need for a great time. Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Just a short walk to the beach through the complex. It has all the beach equipment you may want plus kiddie equipment. The condo even has three TVs. It’s decorated in a cute beach theme with plenty of linens and towels for your convenience. The owner is so helpful throughout your stay. Grocery stories and every convenience just a short walk away. We loved it
