The size of the apartment and it's central location. Stefan was a wonderful host, from sending on details on how best to travel from the airport to local tourist tips. He was super friendly and extremely accommodating.

We would have liked to have been able to use the washer/drier.

The location was good, there were 2 communal rooms

We were shown around the apartment by the owner and when he left we noticed a lingering smell of smoke which was worse in the bedrooms. None of us had a good nights sleep as all the pillows and duvets smelled of smoke, so we decided the following morning to leave the apartment and check in to a hotel. In addition to the smoke the towels were dirty and had obviously not been replaced in the last 5 years and the shower rail was also broken and we found there was no bracket holding it in place. Before we left the apartment I texted the owwner to say we were moving out and to let him know I'd left the key in the agreed location. I told him about the smoke and he immediately denied it and promised to go to the apartment to check. Later he told me there was no smell in the apartment, but why lie? Why would we move out if the apartment was not as I have described? We ended up paying an additional £1,000 to book into a hotel for the rest of our stay, I didn't ask for any money back I simply wanted recognition that the apartment needed a thorough clean and a bit of a freshening up. The whole incident could have been handled better by the owner.

Stefan the owner is very helpful and his appartement is spacious and nice. The location is perfect to explore Copenhagen and the suburbs.

From the master room it was sometime noisy early in the morning with trucks delivery but it is the reality being in big city.

Appartment is wonderful and location is great! Everything was excellent.

The apartment is fully furnished and has cosy interior design with unbelievable variety of chandeliers, floor lamps and lamp shades. The kitchen offers a great choice of utensils. In addition to two bedrooms, there is a spacious dining room, living room, office and utility room. The living room window offers a beautiful view of the busy, but not very noisy Nordre Frihavnsgade street. Another advantage is the location of the apartments – just half an hour on foot to the center, the same distance to the nearest beach Svanemølle. There is a nice bakery just across from the house and 2 supermarkets are in close vicinity.

Noise on weekends in the late evening from people returning from the centre.

An apartment equipped with all the necessities made to make you feel at home and accomplishing that quite well. A perfect location from which to explore everything Copenhagen has to offer.

Creaking wooden floors make you very aware if others are asleep ;-) The smell when we arrived made us think a dog most have been staying there before us but after a day we didn't smell that anymore.

Loved this apartment & neighborhood! Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Spacious bedrooms and beautiful living room w/ a huge window overlooking the city life below. Large fully-equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher. Located on 2nd floor, so walk up is easy. Big, clean supermarket & bakeries very close by. New metro stop (Trianglen) on city-ring line is a 5-min walk. Laundromat right across the street. Stefan was very welcoming and accommodating.

Refrigerator has no freezer, so no ice.
