Questa è la proprietà perfetta per i genitori che visitano il loro figlio / a che frequentano la Miami University. Fai squadra con altri genitori per i fine settimana di mamma o papà. È anche un ottimo modo per gli ex studenti di visitare e godersi la loro alma mater! Abbastanza grande da intrattenere!

This is the second time a group of Dads stayed at this property for weekend with our college kids, Great place and nice beds!

We were in town for a swim meet and needed a quiet place close to campus to sleep and do homework between sessions. This was literally perfect. We could get to the pool in 4 min. Kroger was across the street. The townhouse had everything that we needed - it was incredibly well equipped. Could not imagine a more perfect option for us.

This property was very clean. Four bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and kitchen , living room and bathroom downstairs. Kitchen could be better stocked. No coffee pot, only kuerig. No baking sheets, Casserole dishes, foil, Saran Wrap, etc. Limited pantry items such as oil, basic spices. Fridge stocked with Coke and water – nice touch! Manager very responsive. Overall good property for family weekend.

Was disappointed with responsive to a response for assistance when we were temporarily locked out of the residence. Although entirely our fault, a five hour delay to a call and text could have been a seriously detrimental if we hadn’t had an alternative option.
Although not promised in property description, for the price, we would suggest adding additional seating the the living area and hairdryers.

Perfect place for a group of moms/dads during Miami weekends
This is the third time I have stayed at/booked this place for a mom's or dad's weekend at Miami. It is a perfect location and great size for 4 or more to stay. Clean, welcoming. Communication with owner was spot on. Our daughter is graduating, but I will pass this along for future visitors.

Moms weekend
Good location. A little far to walk Uptown especially in the rain. Nice place to host a few college kids and moms for a pre or post event

Six friends from freshman year at Miami reunited in Oxford and stayed at this townhouse. Four rooms with spacious living room and kitchen was perfect. The location is great - easy distance to campus and uptown. We would definitely stay here again!
