C'è una bella cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno che scorre attraverso due serie di porte francesi sul ponte posteriore coperto e vasca idromassaggio.
Il parcheggio privato è molto convenientemente situato nella parte posteriore ed è coperto.
C'�� un patio in muratura laterale perfetto per una lettura tranquilla, o una partita di corn hole!
Le due ampie camere da letto al secondo piano condividono il bagno e hanno il centro lavanderia nelle vicinanze.
La comunità dei presidenti Walk e Southard Court si trova nel Truman Annex Complex, che si trova a 2 isolati da Duval Street e da tutte le attrazioni della città vecchia di Key West. Le proprietà si trovano anche meno di un miglio da una delle migliori spiagge dell'isola.

First time in Key West and so happy to have rented in Truman Annex. We were able to walk to museums, restaurants and other places of interest - no car or car service needed (other than trips to the Publix). Blue Lagoon was beautiful and well appointed. We were there for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our traditional Christmas dinner and dessert (including cake pans, other baking dishes, and a mixer).I spent mornings on the beautiful back deck drinking coffee and reading while the rest of the family slept in. Highly recommend this property.

This condo has everything you need and is close to the beach and Duval street making it the perfect location. Bedrooms and living spaces are large, giving everyone space to spread out. The cleaning staff will leave soap, detergent, spices and coffee from the previous renters if any is left over, which is really nice and makes life easier. My only complaint is that there are door codes but we weren't allow to use them and had to use a regular key, which meant we had to leave the door open a lot since 5 people could not share 2 sets of keys. The decor is not very "Key West-y," - I have all the neutral colors at home, wold have liked to see some more fun decor. Also the master bed is pretty hard, so I had some trouble sleeping.
