Close to Wroxham
Very disappointed the bathroom was very old only half a toilet roll.. First impression of decking area it had a caravan site at back.After using hot tub skin and swimwear very smelly and not the usual chemical smell. I don't know if water is changed after every letting .

Excellent night’s sleep, was very clean and tidy. The hot tub was a bonus. Plenty of room for our dog to run about. Kitchen was well stocked.
Bathroom was a little tired could do with a spruce up ie a few cracked wall tiles, the toilet seat was loose and don’t like a shower curtain.

The cottage was spacious, free parking and quiet.
Only suggestion - could do with a gate to close off the path from the front door to prevent dogs running out .

The cottage is in a very tranquil setting on a non-working farm. The owner, Daniel, was there when we needed him and very helpful but completely non-intrusive. We loved a dip in the hot tub and sitting out on the decking in the evening. The cottage was perfect for our very elderly dog too. It was only a few minutes drive to Wroxham which had plenty of facilities (most of them owned by Roy!)
Nothing very much. Maybe a folder of useful information would have been good.

The cottage was in a quiet location. Nicely decorated although the bathroom could do with being updated. Nice powerful shower. The log burner was one of the main reasons for booking this location. The hot tub was great.
The property was cold until we lit the log burner. The heater in the hall didn't work and the bathroom was also very cold. It would of been helpful if there were instructions to turn up the temperature on the electric heaters.

It was quiet, spacious and comfortable.
A bit cold when we first arrived. It would have been good to have an enclosed outdoor area for the dog.

The situation, parking and layout of Laburnum Cottage is great. It is very well equipped and comfortable and owners kindly left tea bags, coffee, sugar,etc. Would go again.
Bathroom a little dated, but fine. It would have been good to have met the owners, but this wasn't a problem.

The tranquil location was delightful but it was close to facilities. Easy to go to many places we wanted to see. Actually even better than we expected.

Perfect for what we need, perfect location, very quiet and tranquil. And perfect grounds for our dog.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for peace and quiet with beautiful grounds and only a small journey to some beautiful beaches.

Cottage was beautiful and it's location is ideal for visits to broads, seaside, city or countryside.

Very comfortable and cosy house. Nicely furnished and well equipped. Great location in pretty village on beautiful farm. Great walks and jogs in nearby footpaths and lanes. Amazing wood stove made days in very enjoyable. Lots of books and games and nice beds with clean sheets and towels. Daniel was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend and definitely want to return to Laburnam Cottage ourselves.

Beautiful cottage which felt like home as we were just trusted to come and go as we pleased. Everything you could think of was there. Lovely country setting. Thanks so much.
The shower leaked onto a shelf which flooded a little. Not a big deal.

Beautiful,warm cottage in a beautiful countryside with a garden and a little pond, very friendly and helpful hosts:-), 15-20 minutes by car to the seaside,small local farm shop to get fresh eggs for breakfast near by, comfortable bed,local pub few minutes away by foot, dog friendly! Thank you Daniel and family,we had a lovely short break!
