Attico di lusso sulla spiaggia, situato in una zona tranquilla, composto protetta nel cuore di Sosua!
340 mq (3600 sqf) di puro lusso Caraibi, con vista sull'oceano, con piscina a sfioro e spiaggia privata ...
Questo magnifico attico all'ultimo piano si trova nella composto protetta 'Infiniti Blu' su Playa Imbert (El Batey), una tranquilla spiaggia privata lontano da tutti i rumori, ma a soli 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Sosua, con tutti i suoi locali notturni, ristoranti , supermercati ecc .: non c'è bisogno di noleggiare un veicolo o fare affidamento su mezzi di trasporto pubblico, che può essere difficile (soprattutto durante la notte).
PRIMO PIANO:
Sala da pranzo, cucina, grande terrazza con tavolo da pranzo secondo con vista sull'oceano, 2 camere da letto (una con balcone), con letti king-size, 2 bagni, ripostiglio.
SECONDO PIANO:
Camera matrimoniale con letto king-size, bagno padronale, spazio per uffici, ripostiglio, e un enorme terrazzo con un altro tavolo da pranzo, orto di erbe aromatiche, docce esterne e vasca da bagno (in cui si potrebbe desiderare sobbollire mentre guardando le stelle e ascoltando la brezza accarezzando la palma adiacente).
L'attico è arredato con gusto con alta qualità (e, in molti casi, nuovi di zecca) elettrodomestici. Tutti i servizi che ci si aspetta per questo tipo di sistemazione di lusso sono disponibili: HDTV grande schermo piatto, lettore DVD / Blu-Ray, 2 connessioni separate internet (uno ad alta velocità, una wifi come backup per gli utenti di Internet professionali), TV satellitare piatto con centinaia di canali, tutte le possibili attrezzature da cucina, come un enorme frigorifero, forno, microonde, macchina per caffè, frullatore / spremiagrumi etc.
Vanta inoltre finestre con doppi vetri, nel caso in cui non hai voglia il suono delle onde.
Numero standard è di 6 persone (come ci sono 3 camere da letto con letti king size e materassi ortopedici), ma 2 bambini aggiuntivi sotto i 12 anni possono dormire comodamente sui divani.
I servizi includono parcheggio privato, 2 piscine, 2 ulteriori ripostigli separati, spiaggia privata.
I servizi comprendono la pulizia settimanale per 2 staff di professionisti, la sicurezza, giardinaggio, manutenzione piscine, connessione internet ad alta velocità, TV via cavo, acqua e gas. L'elettricità è fatturata dalla Residenza in base al consumo. Il gestore di proprietà è disponibile in loco, mentre noi siamo sempre raggiungibili via email o telefono.
Infiniti Blu è una tranquilla residenza di famiglia, e la politica ospiti è piuttosto rigorosa; se state pensando di invitare le donne locali, si consiglia invece il Residence Hispaniola (HomeAway 3.802.434) o il giardino blu (HomeAway 3.835.937), in quanto non hanno la politica restrittiva visitatori.
I mezzi pubblici (o il noleggio di veicoli) è disponibile appena fuori il composto, nel caso in cui si volesse visitare le attrazioni turistiche nelle città vicine:
- Cabarete (15 km), per i suoi spot e le attività 'Monkey Jungle' (Zip line, tiro a segno, ecc.)
- Puerto Plata (25 km), per il suo parco di divertimenti Ocean World, il San Felipe forte, il Museo dell'Ambra, la fabbrica di Brugal Rum e il 'Isabel de Torres'.
Sconti massicci possono essere offerti durante la bassa stagione, e in base ad altri parametri (numero di ospiti, la durata del soggiorno, ecc)

As we got there after we agreed to get a new place because the one we choose was not up to standard by manager. over next door. Beautiful state of the art just fine. We were told to have to pay by cash, when we arrived, that's fine. We spend 8 days without elevator my wife and I are retired seniors with back condition. never told us until arrival, air condition on one room leaking not working properly. it was patch up and worked somewhat. overall the place was fantastic. and there could not be more attentive and appreciative, kinder service than the people working and taking care of every thing for you. One thing, I like to deal honestly don't like surprises. Thank you.

I will start with a few things that didn't work: Dryer, Wifi, only 2 burners on the stove worked, TV, Kitchen faucet was touchy it worked but would fall off if you weren't carful, the fridge didn't seal very good but we wedged a chair up against it and it worked fine. None of the things listed above were even an issue for us except the wifi which turned out to be a blessing. We purchased cards and played games in the evening which was so amazing because the kids had to interact and get along. I think if we went back I would tell the kids it didn't work even if it did!! Clothes dried on the upper deck easily with the sun shining on them and the wind blowing. The pictures don't do the place justice, I was hoping it would be half as nice and it exceeded my expectations. The property is gated and very secure, guards on both gates and at the beach 24 hours a day. The beach was perfect there was a very long stretch of beach that we had access to and at the end of the beach there is a coral reef that is easily accessible by swimming to if from shore. Take you snorkels and flippers though because they are expensive to buy at the store. There is a small grocery across the street from the property but a very large store is about 5 blocks away. The second day we were there we took a cab because we weren't sure of the location after that we walked every morning to get food for the next day. Every morning we walked in town taking a different route to get to know where things were and then spent the rest of the day on the beach. Walking around in the evening made me a little nervous, there are people on every corner offering illegal items. We would just ignore them and keep walking and they didn't bother us much. We didn't go out to the clubs or bars, we just stayed in the complex most nights except for dinner and then right back. We could go swimming in the pool in the evening or listed to the waves on our balcony. There are mosquitoes so bring your bug spray if you plan on being out in the evening, they didn't bother us during the day. Our family had an amazing experience and would go back, I give it 4 stars because of the slight problems listed above with the property. If those minor things were fixed it would definitely be a 5 star property hands down!!

The penthouse at Infiniti Blu was amazing. When we arrived, we were actually taken to another penthouse in the Infiniti Blu complex that was also managed by Fabio. This beautiful property exceeded our expectations!! It was very spacious, had spectacular views of the beach & ocean and was furnished with natural colors and comfortable furniture. My husband and I were traveling with our 2 children (in their 20's) and a friend of theirs and it was more than enough space for all of us. The bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower on the veranda in the penthouse.
When we arrived we had some issues with the refrigerator, outdoor ceiling fans, some of the plumbing and lighting. Jen's came by the next day with maintenance men and tried to resolve the issues. Some of the issues were resolved and some were not. As an owner of 12 rental properties in Atlanta, GA, I would recommend the properties be looked over to make sure everything is in good working order before the prospective renters arrive. Fortunately, most of the issues did not cause us major inconveniences and we got along well without some of the items being repaired. Once change I would recommend to the penthouse is, is additional lighting!! Their were not very many lights (some were not working as well) so at night it was very dark.
We really enjoyed the pool area, pool bar and beach. The staff including the bartender and all security staff were extremely friendly and always made us feel safe. We rented a car so we could have the freedom to explore. Each and every time we went out, we felt safe whether it was in Sosua or Cabarete.
The local people were always kind, friendly and helpful. I loved the Dominican and will definately return!!
