Fresh fruits and juices in the breakfast and very friendly staff were on the top of my list.
The arrangements of taxi services on short notice was also very admirable.
Slightly lower laundry prices would be good and also the English speaking ability of the staff was good but not top notch. For the hotel price, I expected a swimming pool.

The bed was super comfortable. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

I liked the view with the mountains in background of the surroundings from my room. Also the room was nice and clean. I also appreciate the fitness which I used in the morning. Restaurant food was very good and it is possible to sit outsind in the terrace to have a food or drink.
Breakfast tasted really good but there were only few choices. For long stay as mine (10 days) 4 types of breakfast are not enough.
Also the room audio isolation is normally good but if somebody pass the room in the hotel, it is disturbing.

Location is close to our visits. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are very clean.
They should have more towels and ability to control the inside room temperature

great personal, the room was clean and with a great bed. the shower was good with all the useful stuff needed. I came in at night and went out very early, so I did not use the restaurant facilities.
There was a big team of workers also staying at the hotel, they left very early as well just like me, but they had to check out person per person. And there was only one clerk behind the desk, I had to wait almost 20 minutes to do the check-out. Obviously, I was too late for my appointment. Maybe if you know this beforehand, or put more personal behind the desk or let them check out at once on 1 bill. Plus it was impossible to get a breakfast takeaway, which was really disappointed, not even a fruit to take away.
