Wonderful restaurant, don't miss the cocktails, the home-made bread and the fish. They offer a very nice breakfast too.

A family business! Checking in was very easy and one of the owner/managers, Håvar was extremely helpful and kind with open arms for a last minute reservation. He even helped carry my bags into the room. He was also a wealth of information about the area and where to fish, hike and camp. The breakfast was phenomenal. Other than the view outside of the window, this was the best part of the stay. Be sure to thank and chit chat with the breakfast staff <3 (=

Unfortunately, for such a high price, which is expected, the room felt very cold and the heater didn't seem to warm up at all. I walked back and forth between inside and outside to reassure myself there was a difference in the climate. and the wifi was not working. For such a high price, little things like this are expected to work. Because of the last minute booking on my part, by the time I realized these two big issues for the one night last minute stay, it was already 2130.

We really enjoyed our stay in Holmen Lofoten. The staff was extremely friendly and the Norwegian breakfast was superb! The minimalistic style of the place was unique. Highly recommend!
