Free usage of pool table for guest. Rooms are clean and hotel lobby looks vibrant. Front office staff are polite and friendly. Smooth check in and check out.
Transfer arrangement from airport to hotel arranged via WhatsApp was efficiently executed. Overall reliable services rendered throughout. Thank you.
Breakfast spread were limited and of average standard. Scramble eggs served late and cold. Fried rice were dry and tasteless.

Housekeeping, friendly front office staff and spacious rooms for my kids (triple beds).
If you want window view, do not take the standard rooms.. I discovered only upon checking with the hotel after confirming my booking. Had since canceled it and replaced it with deluxe rooms😊.
Breakfast spread not so appetizing. Prefer eating at some of the mall's restaurants next to the hotel.

The room was OK
Tremendous disco sound music every night, started from around 10 pm, till around 3 am. Just not sure where the noise coming from. I reported it to the staff, they said they will investigate.

The staff is super friendly, I can recommend everyone to this hotel since the price is very good for value, the hotel is nearly new, big smoking area + smoking rooms
