Great weekend trip for our couples trip. Second time staying here and the property still as beautiful. Was able to enjoy few wineries and breweries in the area as well as 2 restaurants. Thank you for your hospitality.

We travelled to South Haven for a family wedding and were looking for a large home that could accommodate having the extended family stay together at one home with sufficient bathrooms.
This house truly fit the bill for what we were looking for! The secluded and beautifully manicured lot was so nice to come home to and the built in pool was a source of enjoyment for all who wanted to enjoy it into the late hours of the night without disturbing anyone else due to its great and very private location on the property.
We appreciated having two refrigerators and the fully equipped kitchen. A couple of minor issues were that one of the burners on the stove top did not work which made cooking for a large group a little slower (but we would not downgrade our stay because of that) and luckily we brought an extra griddle! In addition, the person who stayed in the (very nice) basement felt that the bedroom was a little "damp" feeling.
All in all-this is an outstanding property for a large group that wishes to gather and catch up and it was also perfect for our 90 year-old Grandmother who got the main floor bedroom with her own bathroom right across the hall for easy access.
Thank you for a very enjoyable stay in South Haven and a time where the family could truly visit and catch up!

This home has everything a family grouping would want for a perfect get away together. It is everything it says it is. And the area has many things to offer as well. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for my family. 6 bedrooms with king and queen beds... we didn't use all of the bedrooms but I'm glad we chose this place. My sons' wedding was held at Black River Barn (a beautiful venue), and the rehearsal dinner was at the Ravine in Saugatuck, so we were in-between the two.. Thursday we had cocktails after they golfed, with some of the groomsmen. It reminded of when the boys were young and would come over after a big hockey game and all play together. They used everything except the pool that night... basketball, pool table, ping pong, fire pit and foosball. There was a lot of hoot and hollering so, I was glad we had no neighbors, and just like when they were small, I stuffed them into our SUV and drove them home. Saturday my husband cooked breakfast for the groomsmen and had everything he needed in the kitchen. The Property was beautiful, a lot of different mature trees. I bet it's beautiful with the fall colors. Sunday the little ones used the pool. it was chilly outside but the pool was warm. I was a great place to stay.

Beautiful property and beautiful, extremely clean home. Owners were quick to respond to a slight issue and help rectify. Pool was a big hit even though weather was not cooperative. It was a blessing that the pool was heated! We loved having campfires at night. All in all, would highly recommend this property.

Plenty of room for my wife and I, our three adult children, their spouses and our five grandchildren. Two refrigerators came in handy. Lots of fun in the pool, playing ping-pong, making s’mores at the fire pit, etc. Also close to golf and Holland (20 min).

I would recommend staying at this property. The property manager and associates were all very helpful. The property itself was in a very pretty setting, lots of trees, privacy, gorgeous landscaping, pool and overall house design were very relaxing and peaceful. The house is a bit older and does have some spots that could use some updates. For example, the kitchen is galley style and with 12 people, it was pretty tight, with a funny semi-circle countertop protruding into the walkway. There is one bedroom that does not have a closet or bath attached so in hindsight, we should have put smaller kids in there. Overall, the stay was great - the property managers were very responsive with any little issues we had (including my nephew knocking over and breaking a lamp). They were very understanding and helpful, even visiting the house to make sure our wi-fi was fixed, etc. The quiet setting was great but about a 10 minute drive to downtown South Haven. Some in our group loved that, others did not so keep that in mind if booking to be close to the beach or downtown shops, restaurants. We used the grill, fire pit and pool a lot. All worked great and helped save time and money from going out with 12 people every night. I would recommend staying here and we are thinking about bringing our group back again next year.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time! Although I did not get the chance to use the swimming pool, I thoroughly enjoyed the indoor game room which included a pool table, foosball, and ping pong. It was a great space for my group to relax and have fun.
Spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for all of us. The bathrooms were clean and modern, and we had no issues with hot water. Cable TV was also a nice feature, allowing us to unwind and catch up on our favorite shows.
The grill and fire pit outside were great for our evening gatherings, and we appreciated having access to them. The property's wifi and AC worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable and connected throughout our stay.
Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and entertaining vacation spot. The amenities provided were fantastic, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Thank you for a great stay!

We are a group of avid puzzlers and gamers and it was a fun weekend of eating, drinking and enjoying each others company in a quirky, beautiful house. Our host was very communicative and helpful.

This is the second time we stayed at this property for Christmas. It was amazing both times. Mike and Michelle was so understand about the snow storm and accommodated us fast and respectfully. They seem to care about the ppl staying in the home. Lots of activities, board games, pool ect. And soo much space. Like last year it was a wonder time

We booked this house for our annual siblings weekend. There was plenty of room for all 6 couples. The house was very clean, including the windows, which isn’t always the case in some rentals. Beds were comfortable. Plenty to do at the house, including ping pong and pool table. We weren’t able to use the pool in early October, but the fire pit area was beautiful and got a lot of use, with the owners providing firewood. Short drive to either Saugatuck or South Haven. While we were walking out in the chestnut orchard on the property we were able to talk to one of the owners as he was harvesting chestnuts, so that was fun to hear about the process. Overall a great rental!

This was the perfect place for our family trip. There were of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and enough beds. The house was fully stocked with linens and kitchen items. The heated pool was a big hit with the kids and the chestnut farm was great for our morning walks. The house was clean and well maintained.

Had 12 of us for the weekend stay here and bike ride the Kal Haven trail. Property is located within 5 miles of the trail head in South Haven or closer yet is a parking lot at 66th and Baseline Rd. House was more than expected. When entering the property, you drive back in the middle of 15 acres of peace and quiet. Think of your own private Park like setting. The house has a security system that allows you in at the time agreed. Once inside you will notice the attention to details, from the linens on the beds to the folded towels in your room. This place is well laid out for 12 people to gather and eat, have conversation or slip away in your own quiet place. Kitchen was clean and well equipped, outside grill clean, propane hooked up and a backup tank available if needed. Fire pit and pool add for any or all of the group to join in outdoor activities, Bocce Ball, Cornhole, Basketball, picnic...etc. Indoor board games, ping pong, pool and foosball were available. Everything we used I would say was previously cleaned and checked for good working order before I arrived. Recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the South Haven area as it offers one heck of a "base camp" to do what you want to do.

Very relaxing. Plenty of room and very nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was lovely and fortunately we had great weather so we able to use it each day. Enjoyed the fire pit each night as well.

We were a group of 11 adults and one child. The pool was a big hit, nice to be able to swim and not have to pack up to beach. Although we did that too, swimming at south beach, very fun. Very convenient to downtown south haven , but a nice quiet getaway.
The kitchen is very well stocked, makes it easy to prepare dinner, plenty of seating for dinner also.
Beds were very comfortable and air conditioning worked great.
We liked the garage/ den setup, with seating and ping pong table , nice for gathering and relaxing.
Checking was a breeze, Mike was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
Lots to do in area, liked 3 blonds brewery for a casual dinner.

Pool was great. Gets plenty of Sun in the late afternoon/ evening.
Owner was easy to communicate.
Only gripe is the hot water runs out so our large group had to shower at different times which can make bedtime or going out more challenging.
Would go back for sure!
Be sure to visit Virtue Cider and Overhiser Orchard.
The Dutch market a few minutes away has pie from the Elegant Farmer!

Great Property
We rented this house for a sibling reunion and all six of us agree that we would like to rent again. The house was very clean and well stocked with all you may need. This is the first time we chose a property in the woods away from the lake. The pool was great! It was an easy drive into South Haven. The owner was great to work with and made sure we had all the info needed regarding the house and the surrounding area. Would highly recommend with no hesitation. Thank you!

This was the first vacation with our 3 adult children, their spouses, and 5 grandchildren. The place could not have been any better for the 13 of us. Mike and Joel, property managers, delivered as promised. Communication was superb.

Fantastic Experence
A+ for all aspects: cleanliness, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, kitchenware, outside & inside furniture, crystal clear water in pool, adjustable BB hoop, wood for fire pit, ping-pong and pool table. The place is like a mini resort and Mike was a great host with immediate answers to questions. The cleaning crew was top notch. We All 14 of us loved it.

The house was great for a large group of people. We had 11 adults and there was plenty of space to spread out and also be together. Only 13 minutes to downtown South Haven . The only thing I would recommend would be more coffee mugs - didn't have enough for 11 of us, and better bath towels with an extra set or 2.

Beautiful house
We rented this house for an adult weekend with 6 couples in January. Michael was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the bedrooms are all so nice! The sheets smelled amazing. We are already talking about renting the house again, hopefully in the summer to use the pool!!

Mike was super nice and communicative. We hosted a family thanksgiving and everyone had a great time. There’s a great games room in the basement and it was super cozy with the fire places. The house was super clean when we arrived and check in and out was so easy.
