Bellissimo cottage sulla spiaggia nella desiderabile South Nags Head. Situato al MP 18 tra Jennette's e Outer Banks Fishing Pier, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal ristorante Fish Head's. La casa comprende due ampi ponti, 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi e un divano letto.

Ristrutturato da poco per mantenere il calore e il fascino della vecchia pelle con servizi di qualità superiore. Il piano superiore fu originariamente costruito nel 1962 da Lindal Homes, con pareti e soffitti originali in cedro occidentale. La struttura originale era un bungalow sulla spiaggia con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno, nel 1983 i precedenti proprietari hanno sollevato la casa e ne hanno fatto una storia a 2 piani. Abbiamo acquistato questa casa a settembre 2017 e aggiornato entrambi i piani, entrambi i bagni, installato una nuova cucina con ripiani in granito. Abbiamo anche isolato e muro a secco al piano di sotto per ridurre il rumore e migliorare l'efficienza. Questa casa ha anche un nuovo tappeto, scale in legno massiccio e un ponte avvolgente a 2 piani. Volevamo mantenere il calore e l'atmosfera della casa originale ma rendere tutto moderno e funzionale.
Include: Internet WiFi e 3 televisori intelligenti con DirecTV Now. Nota: lenzuola come lenzuola e asciugamani non sono inclusi. Forniamo tuttavia cuscini e trapunte per i letti.

This house perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of space and super clean! Not too much of a view of the ocean however it didn’t even matter. Being just a short walk down the driveway to the private beach access was so convenient. The host was quick to respond when we needed them as well. Highly recommend!

Place was super. Loved the layout. Perfect for us since we had three boys with us ages 3 -6. Was super roomy. We really loved the lower deck since it was shaded. Outdoor shower was great, but would be even nicer if it was enclosed so you could have privacy while getting sand out of you suit. Thanks so much for making your home available to us for the week.

Pros: downstairs bedrooms were nicely decorated and bright, beach towels and chairs provided, close to beach, were able to get in early since off season; Cons: upstairs bedroom and bath r extremely dark, no outlet in upstairs bath, downstairs shower extremely small, kitchen chairs need to be replaced - super uncomfortable and feel like will fall apart, beds are super soft so if any back problems it’s an issue, bedding is delivered but u have to make all beds (have never had to do that at a rental) and bed sheets didn’t fit great since all the beds have memory foam padding on top - last thing I wanted to do after 2 days of driving is fight with sheets to make beds, upstairs bed is not a queen - double at best (sheets provided r even for a double), no outside chairs to lay out - only Adirondack chairs so daughter and friend had to lay on hard deck, and biggest con in a vacation home - no gas grill - how is that possible? Charcoal only.
Elizabeth was also not very quick to respond ( said she wasn’t getting VRBO alerts but should have at least checked to make sure all was ok). We had no hot water the first day - daughter and her friend took ice cold showers. Word of advice - there is a switch in the fusebox for hot water. No instructions on that - instructions on everything else but nothing on that. My husband only found it by poking around and checking the fusebox. And was a little miffed that there wasn’t an apology for that - just a oh the cleaning people must have forgot to turn it on. Took over 16 hours to respond to my message .
Overall would pick another OBX rental next time - picked this one since close to the beach and like the Nags Head area.
