An amazing place. Very nicely decorated with a lot of taste and attentiveness to every detail. Minibar, tea / coffee, snacks and fruits, even a bottle of prosecco! Michele and Nayra are great hosts, very helpful, always available if any questions, recommended us what to see and where to dine. Breakfast is served in a bakery next door, and you feel like a local here. We will definitely be back to R&B Sterlizia.

The hosts are very friendly & helpful, and know the town so well. The view is exactly what the photo shows: beautiful old Italian buildings on a side street just around the corner from the main square, Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Right below the rooms is seating for a large restaurant in the piazza, so it's a lively environment. The first night, we slept with open windows & heard the noise (happy sounds - didn't bother us); the second night, we realized the windows are nearly sound-proof. We enjoyed hearing people out & about having fun & really liked that we found a town that attracts both a young crowd as well as families. There are 2 rooms at R & B Sterlizia, which seem to have been converted from a large sitting room. They have preserved the beautiful frescoes on the walls & the mouldings are works of art. There's no kitchen, but a coffee/tea station & a little bar area. The hosts put a lot of care & effort into their place & it shows in the details. I loved that they had local guidebooks & the cards of restaurants they recommend. They even had e-bikes for use by guests. During our stay, there was another couple next door & we never even heard them - it felt very private & quiet. The beds were comfortable, the pillows seemed new. We loved the location: steps from the piazza, beach across the street from the piazza, shops & great restaurants all around us, & a short walk to Finalborgo, the medieval town which we highly recommend visiting. Lots of activity, restaurants, bars & shops in the old section too.

It would have been great to have had beach towels. We opted not to go to a private beach, which is what most people probably do. We loved being by the beach but also wanted to wander & explore. Breakfast was at a bakery just steps away - probably the best pastries we've had & excellent coffee!! However, we're not used to eating sweets for breakfast & would have preferred if breakfast was optional.

Right in the old town of Finale, perfect position to reach beach, restaurants and shops without using the car. Very nice and newly renovated bathroom. Centralized A/C, you cannot set your own temperature but it worked very well and smoothly. The breakfast is served at the pastry shop in the main street and is very good. The host is very nice and helpful.

Was all good. Window is well isolated from the sounds but if you are a silence maniac you might still hear little noise till midnight during summer weekends as there are some restaurants with outdoor tables in the street below.

The location was great, directly in the city center. It was also great that the breakfast was served at the bar next door, so we didn’t need to adjust to the traditional breakfast hours. The best part of R&B Sterlizia was the owner, who was just lovely and full of positive energy. She was absolutely kind and tried everything to make us feel comfortable. In the room the was even a bottle of prosecco for us. After our check out, we could leave our luggage still at the apartment and come to pick it up and get changed.

- there were some hair in the bed. But apart from that everything was super clean and great.

Charming and perfectly situated for those looking for something in the center of the beautiful old town very close to the beach.

On site parking would be great however there’s a large car park around 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

In the middle of this elegant, vivid and wonderful town! Two steps to the beach for a morning swim. We adored it!
