This family hotel/guesthouse is really clean and tidy. It was managed by a very kind lady. The room was spacious and clean.

Additional airport transfer worked really well in the middle of the night, Metro station close by, really nice people

Only the manager can speak English, but his Georgian and Russian speaking mother is really kind :)

Nice cosy room with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The location is great with the metro just 5 minutes walk away and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Most of all, the owner is so warm and friendly - she was very communicative and always checking that we were ok. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my 4 days stay here. The manager speaks English perfectly and is ready to assist you always. He helped us beyond his role when we had difficulty communicating outside. Ms. Anya was also so kind and sweet, she even served us welcome tea and the language barrier did not matter. There was also a little kid, Alex, who made our stay more happy and enjoyable. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures. They were clean and looked new. They had a very vintage design. It had all facilities, hot water, blankets, air conditioning and the WiFi was strong. The area is a little far from the main city, but it is very quiet and peaceful. There are wonderful restaurants and stores in walking distance. Highly recommend the stay to everyone.

I can absolutely recommend this accomodation. Good strategic position to/from airport and also near to important spots in Tbilisi. We had nice, comfortable and cozy room with balcony, the lady there is so nice person and she will make you the best breakfast in Tbilisi. Hotel manager Aro is very nice, kind and helpful person. If you need he can arrange a airport transfer or help with some issues in the city, like he did for us, TOP. 11/10.
