Bohemian Hill offre al tuo gruppo la possibilità di allontanarsi da tutto, pur essendo convenientemente vicino a molti hotspot e punti di interesse locali. Questa casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni può ospitare comodamente fino a 12 persone tra le due camere da letto nella casa principale e la pensione. L'accogliente zona giorno offre una TV HD, comodi posti a sedere e una vista sul fiume, così come la cucina attrezzata, fornita di tutto l'essenziale per cucinare e mangiare per il tuo pasto in vacanza. Detto questo, trascorrerai sicuramente la maggior parte del tuo tempo godendoti l'ampio spazio sul ponte che si affaccia sul fiume, completo di ampio spazio per sedersi e una griglia a carbone. I gradini e il ponte aggiuntivo sul lungomare rendono facile scivolare nelle fresche acque del fiume Guadalupe. Vedrai anche alcuni dei cipressi più grandi, più antichi e più ombrosi intorno, grazie alla loro costante fornitura di acqua di fiume.

Great house. The second building is great for a big bunch of kids. Fantastic outdoor space with multiple decks. Absolutely beautiful scenery. The river was cold in mid-March, but it would be perfect in the summer. The Guadalupe does not have much of a current here and the river gets to be about 4 foot deep towards the middle. Perfect for floating. We will be back!!

Beautiful property! Had a birthday weekend for my mom’s 50th in the beautiful scenery. Hosts were very communicative. The AC went out in the guest house the first night which wasn’t ideal because half the sleeping accommodations are in there. It’s Texas so guesthouse as unusable without AC. The host got back to us right away and sent someone out the next morning to fix it. The offered a small partial refund for the inconvenience which was appreciated. The only other things I’d note is that they’ve covered the back deck with some pretty crude decorative signs all over the place, you’ll know you’re in true Texas conservative territory. Think it would be better if they took those down. I guess it’s managed by a rental company but still owned privately, to each his own! The place is also a little dated, felt a little overpriced for what we got but the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the river and the scenery!

AC in the guest house needs service. It froze up on us the second night, turned it off for the day and then it worked for the last night.

Beautiful please but both bathrooms smelled like throw up. In one of the bathrooms, when they folded the toilet paper for the new arrival, it was like they spit I big pink blob on it.. we threw the roll away. We had to was anything in the kitchen before we used it because they were dirty or had dried food on them. Was disappointed, but had a good stay.
