This is a wonderful large apartment with funky, beautiful old furniture and other furnishings (the kitchen and bathroom amenities are up to date and fully functional). There are 3 bedrooms, an upper level and porches on both level. The location is excellent: it is outside of the major tourist areas which means the location is quiet and allows for a respite from the intensity of the tourist district. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the central train station, 200 meters from a tram station which will get you there even more quickly if you don't wish to walk; 300 meters from a small supermarket which provided all of my needs for breakfast and lunch. There is also excellent security and an elevator to get you to the unit. I highly recommend this tourist apartment for anyone planning an extended stay in Florence (and I highly recommend extended vacations in Florence).

The mattresses could use an upgrade; I would like to see more electrical outlets in the kitchen and dining area.

the apartment was super nice and spacious. Great location!

Bathroom Facilities: The property listing indicated that there were three bathrooms; however, we found that only one was functional due to inadequate water pressure. This created a challenging situation where, for instance, if someone brushed their teeth while another person was taking a shower, the resulting pressure changes would cause the water temperature to fluctuate, creating a risk of burns. Consequently, this limitation led to significant delays, as my friends and I had to carefully coordinate our schedules for showers and personal hygiene. Bed Arrangement: Prior to our arrival, I requested that the beds in one of the rooms be separated additionally from was it was offered. I was informed that this was not possible. However, the beds were designed to slide apart, and during our stay, my 80-year-old aunt fell while she was sleeping. This incident was concerning and could have been avoided. Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi service was advertised to reach all areas of the property, yet we experienced connectivity issues in several rooms. Shower Issues: The shower drainage was problematic, causing water to accumulate in the bathtub. Upon inspecting the drain, I discovered a significant amount of hair, which was quite unappealing. Additionally, the showerhead fell during use, creating further inconvenience. Lack of Instructions: We found no instructions on how to operate the logistics of the apartment for example; the garbage bag was full and we couldn't keep it under the sink anymore, for six days the container was in the hallway until we could reach someone for assistance due to the Labor Day holiday. In addition, were not garbage bags in the whole apartment. We never were advising we would have to take the garbage to the next street to Via Il Pratto.
