Die Tür zum Appartment ließ sich nicht öffnen.Nach mehreren Telefonaten haben wir uns für ein Ersatzhotel außerhalb der Innenstadt entschieden. Durch diese Unannehmlichkeiten haben wir fast 2 Stunden verloren und konnten unsere Freizeitpläne für den Abend nicht realisieren.
Insgesamt eine sehr ärgerliche Situation. ( zunächst wurden uns falsche Codenummern zur Zimmeröffnung mitgeteilt, die anschließend durch neue Nummern ersetzt wurden. Leider führte das auch nicht zur Öffnung der Zimmertür, die defekt war.

Nice, quiet location, good transport nearby.
We've spent there 4 nights and after few days flat got really dusty, there was no cleaning items which was a pity.
So the cleaning was a biggest issue for us.

Great location, very cozy apartment, balcony is super cute. Overall an amazing stay, wish I could've stayed longer.
A bit pricy maybe but I guess that's what an apartment like that should cost - everything was quite perfect.

The location is convenient, 15 min from city center by foot. There are good restaurants around. The bed is very comfortable. The apartment is good for one night or for one person, but wouldn't stay longer.
The neighbours are very loud during night, they were screaming and talking super loud until 5am. The bathroom is super small. The checkin app is in german and not the simplest, so it was a bit complicated for me to figure out which code was for what. etc.

Great location and everything there you might need - well equiped.
The cleanliness was ok but could improve. If someone is very sensitive on noises, it is an apartment building. However very quiet for the location.
Parking situation is difficult.
TV is good but no smart functions.

Really loud neighbors. Kitchen was not well equipped. Appartment was poorly cleaned. There was no smart TV. Just a TV with a very old remote control, that one could not even get a button for the tv guide...

Ubiquitous dirt and dust - the apartment is cleaned very superficially. Noise from other apartments not in the Limehotel service (loud music also during curfew). Broken shutters. Mold in the shower cubicle. Strange smell. No comfortable place to work. The apartment looks different than in the photos - materials and tiles of a much older type. Old wallpaper. TV cables hanging on the wall. Router with cables in the corner on the floor.

It's a really nice small home with all the facilities you need, icluding a nice balcony! The location is great, in the middle of the city center so close to all the restaurants and a few bars.

Very well appointed 'apartment' which was actually much more like a studio.
Excellent kitchen facilities.
Very clean and modern.
Comfortable bed.
Overall size was quite small.
Bathroom and shower stall were tiny.
Light in bathroom was only half working
Noise from car park below very early in the morning was disturbing
Check-in procedures 100% automated without any personal contact at all.
Check-out time of 10.00 was unreasonably early as check-in can not happen before 16.00. It doesn't take 6 hours to clean a small studio apartment.
Pillows were too small.
