- Good location especially if you're going to the vine Bridge
- The view of the valley and the night sky
- The food was great. I love the local dishes you could only get in Iya
- The check out and serving staff were not just polite but also friendly
- The free coffee
- The free massage chairs
- The room was big and spacious but smelled musty. I coughed for half the night until I opened the windows. The dehumidifier I found in the corner eventually helped but was noisy.

Room was lovely, onsite onsen and dinner / breakfast very tasty

This was Magical stay in the Iya valley and exceeded all our expectations. It was traditional but they were so happy to help us. The room was beautiful, food interesting, delicious and beautifully served and the onsen were lovely particularly the small outside area. We would have loved to stay a second night
