Zentrale Lage.

3 minutes to the Black Sea - a comfortable place for global tourism.
Fom the balcony you have the view of the ocean. And all shops are nearby. And you can get small rooms and family rooms. All with shower and washing machine.
In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine and the sun sets at the balcony. Or walk 3 minutes to the Black Sea and enjoy the highlight of Georgia.
