Il Pineapple Apartment si trova al primo e al secondo piano di un'esclusiva casa a schiera del XVI secolo nel centro di Watlington. C'è anche una vista di Watlington Hill dall'alto.
Siamo a 10 minuti a piedi da Icknield Way e dalla National Trust's Watlington Hill.
Henley on Thames, Oxford, Thame e Wallingford distano circa 15-20 minuti in auto.
La proprietà è accogliente (Bijou per i nostri amici francesi, Gemütlich per i nostri cugini tedeschi), ed è adatta a tutti coloro che sono abbastanza in forma per gestire alcune scale.

L'appartamento Pineapple si trova in un accogliente edificio del XVI secolo. Ciò significa aperture basse delle porte e molte travi a vista. Adoro questa casa e mi aspetto che gli ospiti capiranno perché, una volta che avranno vissuto un soggiorno qui.

Amazing quaint property right in the heart of the town. Very close to free parking, pubs, and shops

A period property that has many quirky features aswell as all the modern touches.
Beds were super comfy as were the pillows (when you get to a certain age these are 2 of the most important requirements in my opinion)
We were staying in Watlington for a family birthday and this was the perfect base, close to the pubs, shops and parking just round the corner.
Bathroom was beautifully clean and the little kitchenette had everything we needed.
Martin has included plenty of little touches that really add to a stay like this. Mini cereals, pint of milk, tea and coffee, fresh fruit, plenty of toilet rolls, towels and cleaning/toiletry items.
Communication with Martin was great from start to finish, and I'm sure if we'd had any problems he would have sorted anything quickly. As it was, everything was just perfect!!
Would definetly recommend.

We used this apartment as a base for visiting Highclere and Blenheim Palace, and weren't disappointed. It's a very comfortable, cosy, quirky apartment, with all the facilities you need for a lovely, enjoyable stay. It's a very unique and historical property, which enhances its attraction. Communication with the host was excellent; Martin was always on hand to answer any queries, and give recommendations for places to visit.

Attractive and comfortable accommodation, but lack of oven and hob made it difficult for self-catering. Steep stairs and sloping floors could prove difficult for the elderly!
