awesome location - central to everything! spacious and clean
properly stated that it was serviced daily however this was not the case - saw no one in the 7 days that I stayed here.
was disappointed that my attempts to contact management
probably needs to state that there is no lift to upper floors.

just a few things were lacking - floor was filthy- no bowls to eat cereals or soup & only 1/2 roll toilet paper supplied

Excellent location. Lovely building
On arrival there was a wedding function so staff really busy but I was dealt with straight away . Perfect

We l found little cutlery no cups for a desperate cup of tea/coffee and 2small shower pots for a shower. ( boiling hot day and long travel and a shower needed)
I did return to reception but owner was very busy so understood his position so I vent to sainsburys to get cups and shower gels etc
Later on in evening I found a dishwasher in room loaded with all the cutlery and cups I needed however still dirty from night before from previous party
A little disappointed as this weekend was a special one and expensive room was chosen to reflect this

The bathroom can ran continuously whilst we C were there. Couldn’t find a way to stop it.

lovely apartment & great location. easy to find and staff were lovely. eating and drinking below makes the perfect location with a 10% discount too x
air conditioning was temperamental & a noisy wake up

Lovely and light, comfortable king size bed and close to the centre of Swansea and the Marina.
Poor sound proofing- noisy neighbours in adjoining apartment for three of the four nights.

The view had two different view of the river
It’s to hidden and had difficulty in finding the place
Plus arrived there about 13.45 and they said room not ready till 15.00 we had made a long journey and I am disabled guy

Clean apartment with good amenities. Location was very pleasant and quiet. Host showed us everything in the apartment on arrival. Comfortable beds.
There was no oven dish. A minor point really, because everything else about it we liked.

Large private balcony with beautiful views of the harbour. No nonsense access. Easy check out. Close enough to the centre but out of the way.

The flat was clean.
All facilities worked.
The door to the flat was poorly fitted and didn't close unless yanked.
The kitchen tap was broken and when it did release water it was a deluge, which sprayed out of the sink, onto the walls and self (it's a mechanical issue in the tap).
The room itself was not the room shown in the pictures, but a smaller apartment with no marina views.
There was a blood stain on the settee (small patch on the arm rest).

liked everything but kitchen could have a couple of extra bits added

only 2 cups and 1 was chipped. the oven didn’t work nor did the extractor in the bathroom so everywhere was wet after a shower

the bannister leading to the living room is broken and dangerous. needs fixing asap. And I think a larger sofa is needed.

Stunning Apartment, with fantastic views over Swansea Marina. So pieceful and quiet. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town centre, but close enough to walk into town.
