i booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 adults as per booking.com. when i arrived to hotel, they said only double rooms are available. they made us to stay in double rooms. they refunded the extra we paid for the triple room. hotel should not advertise if they can not provide rooms. and it was 520, no other hotels were available, we had to stay there. i and my wife shared a single bed.

I liked the breakfast that was on offer and I enjoyed the room that I was given my stay, so on that basis I can be satisfied with the hotel experience

There wasn't anything to my knowledge that I didn't like or below par as it ticked all the boxes and provided me with a comfortable stay whilst I was there

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were always offering us cool drinks. Whenever we had an issue they responded right away. Example when we needed a new iron or when we forgot to order cutlery with our take-out. The cutlery was even delivered by robot! The rooms were quiet and the street noise was almost inaudible.

The pillows were nice and soft but a little too thick for me since I'm a stomach sleeper, and the hotel didn't have any other pillows. So my neck was a bit stiff.

Room is very very big, with 2 sofa, new colored trends very fresh, it was fitted with a humidificator and a heater (because cold weather and Covid so no AC). Very clean also. shower clean and with powerful warm water. Also water boiler and coffee/tea bags. Bus stop under the windows.

Nearly nothing, except due to COVID, Breakfast was very limited, and lobby looks old and sad, but it is not the main important point.
