Bay View Tower 732: Come per tutte le nostre case vacanze sull'oceano nel porto di Sanibel, Bay View Tower 732 offre viste eccezionali da tutte le finestre e dalle aperture scorrevoli delle porte in vetro. Bellissimi pavimenti in legno scuro in tutta l'unità e un grande divano in pelle con poltrone reclinabili su ciascuna estremità del soggiorno. I banchi di granito e gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile creano una cucina sorprendentemente moderna nelle nostre case vacanze nel porto di Sanibel. Entrambi i bagni sono stati aggiornati con nuovi infissi insieme al bagno principale dotato di TV. Letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale nella camera degli ospiti. We absolutely loved our stay here. It had everything we wanted with an amazing view. Many great family memories made❤️ Everything was clean/relaxing, only drawback is that the walls are thin and sounds must carry easily. I think we had a Karen for a neighbor that called in a sound complaint on us when it wasn’t even quiet time and I don’t think we were even being that loud. I think we were being blamed for some other kids that were just having a fun time on the beach. This place is a quiet oasis away from all the people with its great location.

Nice property. Condo seems to be updated with comfortable and attractive furniture. I wasn’t familiar with Fort Myers/Sanibel and thought property would be near Fort Myers Beach but it wasn’t. You have to drive to both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel, but it was convenient to both locations. Not crowded at all and removed from traffic of busier areas.

What a great place!
Wonderful property! Loved the sunsets from the 7th floor. Saw dolphins almost every day close to our private beach! We had a fantastic time!

Beautiful condo, great location
We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful and the view spectacular. We also enjoyed the location. Seemed to be near everything: Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach. Beautiful area. Highly recommend!

Great view, convenient to restaurants and store.
Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Likely not returning to the area. Traffic just not worth it. Beach had lots of seaweed and water was merky. Could have been do to a bad weather year

EVERYTHING YOU NEED
This rental is BEAUTIFULLY decorated with great space to entertain and hang out with family and friends. Wonderful views from the full sliding wall onto screened-in Lanai. Comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs and umbrellas as well. Kitchen is stocked with all things needed to cook if you so chose to. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!❤️👍�

Perfect spot looks just like the photos. Will be back. Only thing was we had smokers under us and they smoked out on the patio all the time and it would float up to our patio. So we were unable to enjoy our patio. So the doors would have to be shut so we not only could not sit out there but couldn’t have it open to hear the waves. If they don’t live there full time then it shouldn’t be a problem. But, a consideration should be posted not to smoke on the patio.

Great view and comfortable condo
Right at bridge to Sanibel and Captiva so you can go there but also can avoid traffic over there by staying put. Always space at pool and beach and condo has all you need re kitchen- comfortable beds- large TV - all great. Only negative I would say is that all restaurants at the nearby Marriott, which are the only ones in walking distance are overpriced so be prepared to stock groceries and / or short drives to other restaurants. Condo location and interior are very great and would stay again

Perfect Getaway!
Two couples escaped cold, northeast weather for a long weekend. The condo and location were exactly what we were looking to find. Beautiful views from the patio were enjoyed from morning to night! A short walk to the Marriott for cocktails/dinner was a plus. Highly recommend this property!
